A gem with great location.

This place was a fantastic find - it even made some friends who stayed at another place in town jealous over how nice it was! Great location, comfortable, clean and quiet. And Rainshadow Cafe is a fantastic place just steps away from the house. Next time I’m in Sequim, I hope this place is available.

What a gem!

This has got to be one of my best finds for housing on a trip, and we travel a lot! What a great location with the best coffee house right out the back door, well, just a short walk anyway to Rainshadow Cafe’! The house is comfortable, clean, affordable, roomy, quiet, and stocked with everything kitchen wise you need for any length of stay. Next time I’m in Sequim, I hope this place is available!

The Spruce Building is absolutely delightful!

My friend and I spent 5 nights in the Spruce Building to celebrate our 70th birthdays. We loved it!! The 2 bedroom house is comfortable and conveniently located. We could walk most anywhere we wanted to go in Sequim. We enjoyed the farmers market on Saturday morning— just a block and a half from the house! There were a couple of minor problems (a slow drain in the bathroom and a nonfunctional outlet in the kitchen) but Chris and Felicia were responsive and helpful. We’ll be back!!

Cute House--Great Location

If you want to have a relaxing place to come "home" to after a long day of exploring the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, this place is for you. Clean and comfortable with everything you need to cook or if that's not your thing, you are in walking distance of many restaurants in Sequim.

Spruce building review

Overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay in this home. There were 5 of us (youngest child 15, oldest 22) and were very comfortable with the amenities available. The home had everything we needed - enough beds for us, as well as the supplies for us to prepare meals (mostly breakfasts and dinners). The home is conveniently located to locations within Olympic National Park as well as the ocean. It is also within walking distance of restaurants and a short car ride from grocery stores and gas stations. Costco has the least expensive gas and we gassed up there. The only minor issue we had was that our daughters found the guest bed to be uncomfortable. One of our daughters slept on the couch. They both ended up getting enough sleep and the sleeping arrangements didn't adversely affect our activities. I would be willing to stay there again and am comfortable recommending this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Nice little place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this little home. It was a good home base for our hiking in Olympic National Park and Sequim is a cute little town, but it does close down early! Plenty of room to spread out. Nice little welcome gift and extra spices available for those who want to cook.

Property review

Overall loved this 2 BR house! The Great Room was fabulous! My only concern was that the refrigerator needed additional cleaning (door had not been wiped out). The rest of the home appeared to have been well cleaned. We would certainly stay here again if we visit Sequim in the future.

Excellent place to stay

We were there to visit a family member who is very ill. This house was perfect for us, just the right size for 3 people. Its spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The beds are comfortable and extra blankets are handy. The living area is comfortable and cozy. Being technically challenged I loved that operating the tv only requires one remote. We didn't really use the kitchen, but did notice there was a good selection of small appliances and kitchen tools. Great laundry room. Great parking front and rear. The location is ideal, walking distance to downtown.

Perfect choice for a long weekend

This house is lovely. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, great location, especially for anything happening in the downtown area. Comfortable beds, great gathering area in the living room and a TV that only needs one remote to operate! Which for me is a huge plus. Parking is excellent, front and rear. Definitely would stay here again.

Immaculate house with everything we needed!

When we pulled up to a quaint little house in Sequim with a picket fence, we were tired from a long day on the road, in the air and driving from SeaTac in the dark, in the rain. What a welcoming sight! From the moment we unlocked the door, to the last time we closed it, we were delighted with the cleanliness, the accommodations--nice firm mattress, a welcoming living area and a kitchen with just about everything we needed to cook. The area was quiet, even though we were adjacent to others and in a neighborhood. We were happy to be there and have already reserved it for next May.

A gem!

The home is very comfortable, clean and quiet. It is centrally located making for an easy walk to the downtown area for coffee, meals and shopping. There was a lot of information left for visitors about Sequim and the surrounding area for sightseeing. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Loved It!

The check-in process was easy, the property had everything you need for an extended stay. It was extremely clean and organized. Great location with stores and restaurants (make sure you make reservations ahead of time) down the street. It was exactly what we expected and we will definitely stay here again in the future.
