Families big and small will love our brand new modern home with cozy cabin features of poplar bark siding & real 6" hickory flooring. A 1 mile stroll on level sidewalks will lead you to Black Mountain where local restaurants and shops are waiting to be discovered. A 15 min drive will bring you to Asheville / the Biltmore. Precious mountain towns surround you: Boone, Flat Rock, Lake Lure/James, and Gatlinburg. Hiking, sightseeing, and recreational opportunities abound in the surrounding area.
The yard is fenced in for kids and pets to enjoy!
It comes with a grill, fire pit (with all the supplies), Adirondack chairs, and a outdoor storage bin full of outdoor toys.

Three weeks after my husband and I married, the military assigned us to Germany. We moved to one of the loveliest villages, Kusel. We began our new lives together in a new country exploring new places. We learned to appreciate an unplanned journey.
Fast forward two moves, 3 babies, several deployments, and retirement from the military, we had an opportunity to move to Asheville. The minute our plane landed, we felt transported back to Kusel, Germany. Asheville had the same small mountains and rolling hills, vibrant music scene, delicious beer, and castle (the Biltmore), just as âourâ village in Germany had. We have enjoyed making this place our chosen forever home over the last few years.

We are walking distance to the quaint town of Black Mountain that has several streets of darling local stores and fantastic restaurants. Asheville is less than 15 minutes away should you desire to do all the things Asheville offers.
