Search no more, our Holiday Vacation Home is perfect for the relaxing vacation you are planning to have! Not only is the home beautiful and accommodating it is also only twenty minutes from Disney World! Stay close to Disney in our beautiful home!
We are dedicated to the full satisfaction of our guests and pride in the cleanliness of our home!Our home has the best quality furniture and mattresses. It is equipped to make you feel at home!
Bedrooms are set up as follows:
Bedroom 1- King Bed (Master -en suite)
Bedroom 2- Queen Bed (en suite)
Bedroom 3- Queen Bed
Bedroom 4- Twin Beds (2)
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1- En suite Bedroom 1
Bathroom 2- En suite Bedroom 2
Bathroom 3- Jack and Jill Bathroom shared by bedroom 3 and bedroom 4
Kitchen:
Equipped with basic cookware, glassware, dinnerware, utensils, regular coffee maker, food processor and toaster.
Living room:
Sofa and Love Seat
55" Smart TV(Roku/ Netflix) you must use your own Netflix account
Dining:
Seating for 6

Parking on Premises (Up to 3 Cars). No Parking on grass or Street. Cars parked on street or grass will be towed.
We provide a starter kit.
Kitchen:
One roll of paper towels, sponge and liquid dish soap.
Bathrooms:
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bar soap.
Pool:
Pool can be heated for a daily fee of $45.00. It must stay on during your entire reservation once it has been turned on. Pool and spa heat at the same time and will reach a maximum of 95 degrees Fahrenheit dependent on weather conditions. Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated since it can take up to 24 hours to heat.Pool heating is non refundable.
The high Grove Community offers a shuttle service to Disney Parks. Once reservation is confirmed we can provide community contact information to set up shuttle service if interested.
Other things to note:
Please take care of our home. We will charge for any damage to our property.
We provide linens and towels (8) per house occupancy. Please do not use bath towels to clean, dye hair, or remove make up. There will be a $10.00 fee for any towel damaged and a $50.00 fee for any damaged linens.
Please do not tamper with alarm system or any of the sensors on windows or doors. These are sensors for the alarm system. If any of the sensors or alarm system is tampered with or damaged you will be billed for the repair
Also, please do not tamper with any of the pool equipment.
If you have a problem with pool or alarm system please contact the host and we will try to remediate the problem.
