Lyxig, rymlig privat villa med egen pool belägen på en härlig, välskött gated community, idealiskt beläget för Walt Disney World. Det är bara 30 minuter från Universal Studios och Sea World). Om du vill besöka kusten är du ca 1 timme från endera kusten. Det ligger nära en stormarknad och andra affärer, samt att ha flera golfbanor inom 10 minuters bilresa. Dess egen elektriskt uppvärmd, njureformad simbassäng med utökat pooldäcket vetter mot väster och med öppen aspekt bakom ger en fantastisk utsikt över den härliga floridianska solnedgången. Gemenskapen har sitt eget klubbhus som har en gemensam pool, ett gym, läsrum och Wifi internet (alla är gratis för våra gäster).

Not clean

The house was not clean when we arrived. We contacted the owner. The property manager came to "fix" the issues, however it was not cleaned enough to allow us to utilize the kitchen, pool or the entire house. We ended up eating out for every meal and had yo hand wash clothing since I refused to use the washer or dryer. It was not an enjoyable trip and we ended up leaving earier than expected to go home.

Stunning house

Overall the property was just exactly what i needed for my family. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Kids definitely enjoyed the pool, which by the way it was so clean. I give this property a 10 out of 10.

Property is just as listed. Pool was nice and warm, kids enjoyed it. Nice bug spaces for the family to hang out. Would rent this space again for sure.

Great place to stay!

This home had everything we needed. Comfy beds, great pool with lots of patio furniture. Kitchen is well-equipped but could definitely use a new toaster....although it does work:) With a little decor update it would be perfect;) Quiet, lovely neighborhood

Great home and location

We had a wonderful stay . The owner was helpful and gave plenty of information about the area as well as check in/out process. The home was spacious, well maintained and just what we needed for our family. We had a week of great weather but the pool heat was still needed with the chilly nights, so glad we paid for that option! Would definitely choose this home again if available when we make another trip.

Nice vacation with a gorgeous house

It was a very nice spacious house enough room and I loved seeing the pool in the back. My son and I loved it. The neighborhood was really quiet which I loved. If anyone is on vacation and needs somewhere to stay I would recommend this house. Other than anything else it was a good property and I would like to come back again.

Beautiful time and warm pool

Emailed home owner and asked questions. Gated community. Had everything we needed. Owners from England could not come, so we had the privilege of staying in their woulderful hpme.

Great Experience

This property was exactly what we thought it would be! The aunt spray they leave for you definitely comes in handy, but it’s Florida so I don’t expect any different! We will totally stay here again in the future! The kids also loved the space, pool, and ping pong table! ❤️ Convenient to local stores as well! Could go just about anywhere needed in 15 minutes, even a little town square type thing 15 minutes away! We also recommend when you stay to check out the locally owned Minch coffee house!

Nice getway

Yvonne was so nice to work with- Julie and greg were amazing house mangers. The house is much larger than I expected. I was able to work in the front living room while my family and grands enjoyed the pool and kitchen/den area. Nice owners. Furniture could be updated but it wasn't a bother to us.

Lovely home!

The house was as listed, very spacious, clean, had all the amenities you need and a fantastic pool! A little further away from the busy Orlando attractions so very quiet neighbourhood and no traffic issues. The host was very friendly and quick to reply to any questions. I would recommend this property for sure as we enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation 2021

Yvonne us so quick to respond ! House had so many extras, like rain ponchos! The week we went it rained everyday! So the ponchos sure helped us out! The house was very clean! Beds very comfortable! Beautiful amazing home!
