Great location! Our home is close to most attractions that Mount Washington Valley offers. We are minutes away from a few ski resorts. There is also neighborhood hiking access to Mt. Stanton and a PRIVATE association BEACH located on the Saco River which is a great way to spend the hot summer days. Our home is at the end of a quiet road, so you’ll be able to relax after a long day of skiing, hiking and other fun activities. We are PET FRIENDLY!

Our open concept home was built in 2006; it features cathedral ceilings, TWO living rooms, FOUR bedrooms, THREE full baths, ample parking, an indoor gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit, and a gas grill on the deck. We have three TVs with cable, 400 Mbps internet, and Xbox in the playroom.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table has seating for six and there is additional seating for four at the island. New linens and towels for our guest to use. The third -floor master bedroom has a New King-sized bed with private full bath and flat screen television. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first has a Queen-sized bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds and share the 2nd full bathroom. This main level also includes the open concept family room, kitchen & dining area with access to large wrap around deck with patio furniture.
The ground level is the location of the 4th bedroom with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, the 3rd full bathroom, laundry room with full washer & dryer and the 2nd living room. This living room has a large flat screen TV (perfect for the kids). For rainy day fun, we have several family board games (Monopoly, Chess, Checkers , Bananagrams, playing cards, and a cribbage board)

Glorious White Mountain Vacation

The location was perfect with the river a short walk away, Mountain View’s and so close to great trails we had a fantastic vacation. And This was one the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at!

35 years ladies only get away weekend

Perfect location for our annual weekend. Living room upstairs could use more seating and couch was little hard. But overall we loved the house, the owners were very responsive to our questions! We would love to come back if we get a chance next year! 😊

Great vacation from a great location

This is the perfect place to stay if you are interested in a centrally located home. Minutes from Story Land, hiking trail to Mt Stanton, 10 minutes to Diana’s Bath( a great waterfall), a 45 minute ride to the Cog Train for Mt Washington. The place was just as it was listed and pictured. Very comfortable.

Great place to stay with family

My husband and I brought our 3 young adult children away for a long weekend to go skiing. There was plenty of room for all of us, including our lab Theo. The location is perfect for skiing as well as shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Everything was clean and well-suited for our families; needs (including 5 kids under 10). The older kids especially loved the bunk bedroom. The owners were easily contacted and gave really great instructions for directions, for both driving and the area. The house itself was really close to a lot of summer activities: Story Land, Mt. Washington, and lots of hiking trails. The access to the river was also a nice amenity as we enjoyed swimming as well as the view. We would definitely come again!

Saco retreat

Overall a good space for extended family...a little challenging with toddlers due to the stairs and door handles that can be figured out by said toddler...a door knob with lock would be helpful! A little farther from the Saco than I thought it would be, but an absolutely beautiful and very quiet river beach...the beautiful great fun for swimming and floating the rapids. location close to many activities and of course set in the middle of the beautiful white mountains. We will be back

Great stay in the White Mountains

This was a great homebase for exploring all the White Mountains have to offer- cooling off in the river at the nearby private beach was a great way to unwind after hiking and biking in the area. Teodora was very responsive and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the downstairs entertainment area was a great place to relax when the weather was hot. The house was conveniently located near Attitash, and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of North Conway. We enjoyed ending the day in front of the large firepit. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location

We stayed here Feb school break week. There were 8 people, 2 families kids aged 9,8,5,4. The sleeping arrangements were not perfect. The ground floor bunk room is a little cool but the kids were happy. I brought my own crockpot for warm meals after chilly days on the slopes. The kitchen is decently stocked for cooking but not baking we made it work but if you plan to make cookies or brownies, bring a pan. The house was clean, great spaces, perfect location and a joy to come back to at the end of the day. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect place for family ski getaway

The property was perfect. Clean, plenty of space, great communication with owners and I would definitely stay there again. My family and I spent a long weekend there for a ski trip. Everything was great and I would highly recommend this property. One word of advice for potential renters is the recycling!!! NH is very specified with their recycling. EVERYTHING needs to be separate that includes glass, plastic bottles, cans, cardboard, paper etc. I just brought trash home with me as I was a little overwhelmed at the recycling station.

Great Location- Lots of Space- Hot

The house is located in a very quiet area but just a short drive away from all major attractions and locations. It is perfect for multiple families or big families. We had three families and we each took a floor of the house which gave everyone their space and privacy. Something that is not disclosed in the listing is that the house is run on a septic system which means that you can not flush anything (including toilet paper). This was not a big deal, just had to adjust. The other thing is that the house does not have air conditioning. We knew this going in but were not prepared for how hot it would actually be. At night the rooms were an average of 80-90 degrees which made sleeping difficult. The owners do supply fans that work well but they can only do so much to cool down a room that hot. Some of the windows did not open or had signs posted next to them instructing us not to open them. The beach on the Saco River that you have access to while staying on the property is perfect. There is a sandy area for kids to play in, the water is warm, and it is quiet and private. Tubes are provided for you at the house which is nice. We hiked Mt. Stanton which is about a 5 minute drive from the house and went into the North Conway town which is about 15 minutes away. While we were there we had some trouble with the grill and the owners immediately sent someone to replace it.

For the Price, expected better.

We enjoyed our time at this property but, for the price and when comparing to other properties in the area, were expecting better. None of these issues should be happening for that price. The Good: - Location!! Close to everything the White Mountains has to offer. - Access to the river for swimming/tubing - Sheets & towels provided (Even though it said they were extra. But I wish we had known, we could have packed less stuff.) - Ice maker - Lots of fans (But there could be more. It was 100 degrees in the house a couple times. - Beautiful deck - River rafts provided! The Bad: - A bunch of the windows were broken and unable to be opened.(Some labeled, some not so that was a fun guessing game) A major issue when you are staying during a heat wave and there is NO AC. Fans were great but only did so much when you can’t open the windows. - Lights in upstairs bedroom didn’t work. - Outlets in both upstairs bathrooms didn’t work. - Smoke detector hanging from ceiling in main room (Does it work?) - No recycling bin - Carpets on stairs and in master bedroom extremely rundown. - Foosball table is broken. No bottom. But we couldn’t play anyway as there was no foosball ball provided. - Downstairs tv wouldn’t turn on. - No lightbulbs in laundry room. - Basement bathroom floor constantly wet from toilet. - Coffee maker was old and filthy. - Microwave cracked. - Deck chairs are falling apart and a bunch at the firepit are broken.

Stay in Bartlett

Great home, comfortably accommodating 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 pug. Ample room to store ski gear and located just a few minutes (by car) from Attitash (enjoyed 3 days on the slopes). Also close to downtown North Conway, where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and the indoor water park. The fireplace kept us cozy and the spaghetti shed down the street well nourished (great wine and dessert selection as well). Very much enjoyed our stay!

Mountain Vacation

This is a lovely house in a great location. We enjoyed the neighborhood beach and the house's proximity to many area attractions. In addition, the house is well-equipped, and comfortable, and the owners are easy to contact and responsive.
