Our Home is Your Goal When You Play @ DE Turf

This 3-bedroom 1 bath home has room for one or two families to spread out and take advantage of the short drive to all Delaware attractions including the DE Turf fields, beaches, Dover Downs and many more. It is adjacent to our home in a quiet community. This home offers an eat-in kitchen and dining area to seat at least 6-8 family members. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds fill the spacious bedrooms. All modern amenities available.

The space
Our home is adjacent to the listed property in a quiet neighborhood.
The Frederica Family Home has a basement for kids to play fuse ball and ping pong. There is plenty of open space to walk your pet.
Frederica is a classic river town at its core. Home of the new sports complex, Delaware Turf. Frederica is a quaint idyllic spot to escape for a moment of quiet reflection by the water. It is nicknamed Frogtown because of its location near the wetlands (and their amphibian residence). Frederica is a former port site that has evolved into a charming Delaware village with gorgeous nature views and a warm welcoming community.

Guest access
Our guests will be able to access the entire house with plenty of parking. The garage is not available.

Other things to note:
Trash and recycle are collected at approximately 6:00 am on Mondays.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
Checkout is at 11:00 am. Please leave keys on the kitchen table, lock all the doors and take out trash. The house has a security camera attached to the garage.

Excellent Property

The home was immaculate and it was beautifully decorated. Anita provided anything we could possibly need from snacks to bottled water to soap and shampoo.Everything was thoughtful and helpful, and it just added to the overall relaxing and peaceful ambiance. It truly felt like home.

Perfect location, super clean!

We love staying at Anita‘s house – it has everything we need, easy access to the Delaware turf fields, and plenty of food options nearby. Anita is incredibly flexible and extremely helpful, as she responds to messages quickly.

Fun time in Frederica

From the moment we arrived everything was wonderful place was clean spacious beyond what we expected the owners were very helpful and recommending the park in the neighborhood for the kids to play after we left the amusement park everything was excellent we will be staying again

Beautiful Home

Just a wonderful place to stay. Anita’s house is so cute and clean. You feel welcome as soon as you come in and see the snacks waiting for you on the table. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room area is very comfortable. Plenty of space to move around and a nice outdoor area. Great place to stay!

Perfect location for sports playing family

This house is the perfect stay for those with kids playing at the DE sports complex. Immaculately clean, this home has everything you could need. As others have mentioned, the mattresses (especially in the master) are in need of replacing, but otherwise the home is wonderful! Highly recommend! The hosts are as lovely as can be!

Great Lax Stay

My son and I are in DE a few times a year for lax. This house is ideal! 5 minutes from the fields; 3 beds, 1 bath, and single floor living. House is very quiet at night and in my opinion, is a much better option vs staying in a hotel filled with lax kids running around. I will stay here again. If I had to reference one area for improvement, it would just be that most of the things in the house are a bit dated. But when you're barely home and at the lax fields all day, it is really a non issue. Home owners were very nice and live right next door.

Clean and hospitable home

Couldn’t ask for more with this efficient and super clean home in Frederica. Everything you need is here, and it’s great to have a kitchen for early breakfasts and laundry after a long day of games. Anita goes out of her way to make the stay as easy as possible for her guests!

Proximity to DE Turf

Location is fantastic if you're in the area for sports at the DE Turf complex. Quaint accommodations with everything we needed. Only feedback I found worth noting was the mattresses could use an upgrade. Otherwise everything else was great.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect place to stay while attending a lacrosse tournament at DE Turf! The home was clean and the hosts went above and beyond to provide all the amenities their guests might need. The mattresses could use an update but overall we had a great stay.

Great location!

Our VRBO was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly want! We are used to sleeping in a king size bed with 2 small dogs, so we each took a queen bedroom with one put each. Walmart was less than 10 miles away, so that was convenient to get to. The owner usually allows only one dog, but since our dogs are small, she allowed them both to stay. We were there for our grandson’s graduation, and we had a great time. Margie, Asheville, NC

Our weekend stay

We loved staying at this house. We were in the area for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. Don’t let the pictures deter you from this house. It may be a little outdated but it had everything we needed and it was super clean. The owners were easily reached and very helpful when vrbo sent us nothing on how to enter the home. I would highly recommend this home to everyone We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Perfect Home

This was the perfect location and the perfect home for me and my husband to stay over the weekend. Anita’s home was immaculate. Once we entered we saw snacks in the table for us and drinks in the refrigerator. It was so nice. Anita left us all the information we needed for our stay along with information about Delaware. We were minutes away from some of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately we did have rain this weekend but there is an outside porch and chairs in the yard to sit and relax. We look forward to returning for another stay when we are in the area. Thank you so much.

This home was perfect for our family. It was spotless and stocked full of amenities. Very comfortable stay and easy trip to visit patient in Milford hospital. My dog loved the backyard and ability to come with us on trip. Would highly recommended this property.

My husband and I live adjacent to the property. We pride ourselves in giving our guests a clean and comfortable place to stay. Our property is listed on Airbnb and has a 4.9 rating. We are 45 minutes from Rehoboth Beach and a stone's throw from Delaware Turf.

Our property is approximately 3 miles from Rt 1. If you are looking for a place that is far enough away from the fast pace of the beach with a country flair, we are that place. We have enough space for folks to walk their dog and relax in the backyard. If you want to see a beautiful sunset, just step out to the backyard and you will not be disappointed.
