Decent

I travel ALOT! So I am big on convenience and transparency. The location of the property was great. It was 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Seaworld, Universal, Disney, and shopping. The house was clean and you got excatly what was listed…. However, if you want to use the grill or pool be sure to request it WAY before you arrive if you want to use it. There was a lock on the grill and when I contacted host she told me that there was no way for us to add it. Same went for the pool. The refused to turn it on even if I paid for it. And by on I mean just turn the pump on so the water wasn’t just sitting, not the heater. That was really my only issue. Other than that you get excatly what’s listed.

Family vacation

House was as stated, clean, homey. Perfect for our family get together. The kitchen could use a few more utensils ie. no cutting boards an inconvenience but did not impede our stay.

Property was misrepresented

The house was nice. You can tell that the property was not properly cleaned. The lounge chars where rusted and the patio has was dirty and had not been rinsed off. The listing said it has a spa and the property management company thought so as well. It did not and i was refunded a portion of what i wanted. They also forgot to turn on the pool heat for 2 of my 7 days

Great Vacation

The house and pool was excellent! It was so great every bedroom had their own ensuite bathroom. Location in Kissimmee was great- close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Perfect house for a large family. We loved the kitchen and table space. TV room was a hit

A very nice home in a guarded neighborhood. 15 minutes to Disney. Would recommend to anyone who wants a big house to stretch out.

Convenient vacation stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We weren’t allowed to cancel even though Hurricane Ian was headed straight for us. We made the best of our stay even though it was scary not knowing what to expect from the storm. The house had plenty of room for all of us. I think there should be more paper products provided along with trash bags. We had to purchase all these items and had to leave behind what we did not use. These items should be left for the next guests. Add card games and board games for situations like these to help pass time. I did like the fact that there was flood lights that turned on when we lost power.

Famiky Vacation

House was wonderful. Plenty of space.. There were a couple of things that could be better. For instance thdre were no ample supply of wash clothes. We had to purchase our own. The refirgrator was on the blink. We lost milk,luncheon meat and a few vegetables. The frezzer was good. Third things the bedroim next to the laandury room, the slats on the first bed kept falling down making ur sleep unconfortable.

A lot of money for a not well-maintained property

The rental process was seamless as usual through VRBO. When I arrived at the house the house was dirty there was hair in the sinks in one of the bathrooms snd showers and hairballs on the pillows and one beds sheets which questioned the linen status… The downstairs thermostat did not work so it was quite warm in the house with the main floor back bedroom not receiving any air and hot…… Several tubs filled up and did not drain due to a clog… The fridge did not stay cool and lost a couple hundred dollars worth of food… Pool was dirty with hairballs clog in the filter dirt inside the pool with a lot of bugs and the pool cleaning that was broken …Several days where the garbage was not picked up which made the raccoon problem stressful… The grill was in poor shape and condition and did not use… For the money spent you would expect a lot more in maintaining the property.

Nice home

This home was very nice and big. Liked that all rooms had their own bathrooms. Faults: our refrigerator broke and it took me being very persistent to have them send out someone to fix, we ended up losing a lot of groceries that we purchased. The kitchen had the basics, but a more equipped kitchen would have been nice. House was clean, but lots of stains on carpets and walls. Stair railing was coming out of wall. Again, for the price, it was accommodating, if they fixed these few things, they would have an amazing home!

Beautiful new home in Kissimmee

The house was more spacious than expected. It was wonderful to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The decor was modern and beautiful and all the furniture was in great shape. The carpet did have some spots and there was no garage door opener but everything else was as the pictures shown. We enjoyed the house and the pool! It was worth the extra money for our girls to have the pool heated especially since we visited when there was a cold snap.

Big house

We had a negative experience when arriving at the house on our first day. The door was jammed so we couldn't get in. We had to wait over an hour for somebody to come and fix it. Not a wonderful experience with two little ones after a full day of traveling. The house is very big. Lots of room for a family on vacation. It could use some new carpet and isn't as close to Disney as I would have liked.

Plenty of room

Great place for large groups

The home is very spacious and lovely. There were plenty of restrooms and lots of towels. The location was great as well. About a 30 minute drive to Disney. The kids loved the pool. Even though it was a bit dirty when we arrived but I reached out to the host(Angel) and it was cleaned early the next day. Which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay

This house was equipped with everything needed to make it be our home away from home. The mattress on the bed downstairs was a little to firm for my liking but that was a easy fix of just running to Walmart and purchasing a memory foam topper. Overall my family enjoyed our stay.
