Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay. We were exhausted when we finally checked in. They had fruit, muffins & water in fridge. Kids loved swimming after returning from our day of adventures .

Great location & lots of room

The house was a perfect fit for our family vacation with 8 of us total. The pool was wonderful and we loved the layout of the house. The water and snacks waiting for us was so nice! Plus there was laundry detergent, soaps, beach towels and little stuff like kcups for coffee! It was so nice to not have to buy every little thing for our week's stay. We will definitely book there again!

Gorgeous & convenient to Give Kids the World.

Beautifully decorated and spacious accommodations. Private swimming. Excellent rental property.They really went the extra mile and provided all essentials some! Multi extras including first day drinks and snacks. Luxuriously decorated & across the street from Give Kids the World.

Vacation

House was nice, has everything you would need including soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent. Pool was nice and warm and plenty of privacy. The neighbors behind the house has a dog that barks a lot, other than that definitely recommend!

What a Wonderful Time!!

We came in as a large family, 11 total. Every one of us were just exhausted the 1st day but to our surprise we had food, water and drinks provided! Such a blessing! Everything was thought of ahead of our needs. We had a slight hiccup with the youngest child and the pool. They were so understanding and the pool guy was back within an hour!If you want a wonderful place to stretch out, a beautiful pool for the kids after a day at Disney! A fabulous game room for entertainment! We will definitely be back!

Great layout

We just love the setup of the house. Feels like 3 separate master suites for privacy for 3 couples. 1 bedroom closer to the 3 children’s bedrooms. We just love being able to get up in the am & swim with our coffee & end the day with a swim! Pool water was so warm! Kids had a blast! We aren’t really touristy people, but very close to a lot of the parks! Kids did a few things. It was so nice to get there after 20 hours of traveling & have a nice salad, muffins,& fruit in refrigerator, along with soda & water bottles. We so did not want to go grocery shopping! Game room was a big hit! This was our 2nd time here & we’ll be back! Thank you so much!

Excellent vacation

Very nice house, it was perfect for the family. The heated pool was a great hit with the children. Munchies, salad, muffins and cereals were complimentary, nice surprise. The neighborhood is friendly. We had a perfect family vacation.

Nice house

Overall a nice house that met the needs of my large group. The pool was especially nice, very warm even when it was cool outside. Host was very helpful when we ran out of paper towels and ordered more. We really appreciated the welcome snacks also! The only issues were a couple cleanliness concerns (some of the bath mats looked dirty) and one of my group members mentioned there was an exposed socket in one of the bedrooms that could pose a risk to children. But we were quite happy overall!

Great family rental

The beds were so comfy, rooms were perfect for adults or kids. The house overall is a great setup. Pool was clean and NICE AND WARM. more than enough towels available. Game room has a older lengends game we couldnt figure out. But also has skeeball, hoops, air hockey and a pool table. My husband was avid pool player and had to replace the tips on their sticks haha but overall i would definitely rent again maybe even with another couple/family.

Very nice pool home!

Close to Disney parks and attractions. Comfortable furnishings for the 6 of us. Heated pool for all family members to enjoy. Host provided bottle water, muffins, snacks and coffee on arrival. Kitchenware needs updating and organization. As a whole it was a very good 2 week stay.

Exceeded Expectations

A concern when booking a house from half way across the world, is whether it will match up to what has been advertised. This home meets and exceeds its advertising. Easily accommodated our family of 12. Beautifully presented and with lots of extras including some food and water on arrival. Close to Kissimmee shops and restaurants as well as the major Orlando attractions. Highly recommended.

Family vacation

We arrived at the home and were warmly greeted by an exceptional welcome pack. Everything was wonderful. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and tidy. The pool was a daily delight during our stay. We explored New Orleans for 4 days and ventured to Miami for another 4 days, all while having the comfort of a home base for 21 days. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, the friendly neighbors added to our experience. It was wonderfully peaceful, especially since we visited during the holiday season. I would certainly rent from this owner again and highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed. All washing needs were taken care of, which was a huge benefit for our large family. Having traveled to Orlando for the past 20 years with my 8 children, I’ve never encountered a home like this, where breakfast materials and laundry items were provided. This thoughtful touch is invaluable for families like mine. The high standards of decoration and the abundance of rooms make it feel almost like a lovely adventure where you could get lost, in the best way possible!

Awesome place to Stay

I will be staying here again, the house is very roomy for everyone. When we arrive they had the refrigerator full of refreshments. The air conditioner had torn up and they got it fixed within a few hours.

Good base to explore

Loved the welcome pack in fridge, salad, pastries, sodas, grapes and water. Chips and coffee pods near coffee machine. Love the decor and layout of the house. Pool smaller than thought but very welcome after day at parks. Universal Studios about 30mins away but straight route. Walmart about 5 mins away. Had a great time.

Great holiday

Villa is perfect, we had a family of 5, owner had food and water in villa when we arrived, which was hreatlt appreciated. Hurricane Milton hit and owners were amazing with contactinf us, even handed in 3 cases of water
