✩ Please note there is a noise ordinance from 10pm -8AM which means no noise of any kind that can be heard by the neighbors including talking and music… this can be found in the house rules and is strictly enforced thank you!

✩ Please know that security cameras are in the outside of the unit for the safety of all guests staying in the property; tampering, covering or moving them without the consent of the host will be subject to a $100 fine, thanks for helping us taking care of our property
