Detta fullständigt renoverade art deco-byggnad ligger vid 918 Ocean Drive mellan 9 och 10 Street i mitten av Ocean Drive. Omgiven av restauranger, klubbar och stranden direkt tvärs över gatan. Denna fastighet ligger gångavstånd till överallt i South Beach.

Lägenheten som jag erbjuder är en av endast 5 direktlägenheter vid havet i byggnaden.

Balkongen från vardagsrummet erbjuder ett främre radspår till den dagliga mänskliga parad på Ocean Ultimate med människor direkt utsikt över Ocean och South Beach.

Det finns två bekväma fulla bäddsoffor i vardagsrummet och en queen size-säng i separat sovrum.

Denna lägenhet är ett stort värde. Priserna är betydligt mindre än någonting jämförbara nära denna plats.

För större grupper har jag också Studio intill, vilket skulle tillåta och två andra enheter i samma byggnad.

Närliggande hotell inkluderar The Breakwater, The Edison och The Congress. Närliggande barer och restauranger inkluderar feta tisdagar, The Clevelander, Mangos, Larios, Wet Willies och så många andra --- bara ett kvarter från Versace Mansion.

South Beach Experience

Initially, it was the warm weather that attracted us and the fact that their was a night life easily accessible without having to drive, a beautiful beach view....and lots of easily accessible amenities. However, the noise was not so.ething we were prepared for, so it made actual sleeping an issue. The night life doesnt shut down until 5 am....and the after parties are just as loud....lolol. GREAT LOCATION FOR THE YOUNGER GENERATION!!!

Great Place!

My wife and I stayed during our anniversary, the apartment is clean and the property manager communicated everything to us! The live music underneath and next door can be really loud at times so be warned but the food & locations nearby make it a great place to stay

Nice Get Away

I enjoyed my accommodations. If I were 10 years younger, I would have enjoyed easy access to the night club in the building. I really appreciated being directly across the street from the beach!

Be Warned

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for five days. The vey loud music coming from the nightclub downstairs made sleeping impossible. The whole apartment shook with the vibrations and thunderously loud music from afternoon till at least 4:00 am every single night. If you are planning on getting any sleep do not stay in this apartment. Please read all reviews before. Several people have said the same thing. I regret not reading enough of them o see the warnings.

NEVER AGAIN

As we were unfamiliar with South Beach, this location seems to be in the perfect spot. The place is run down and not clean. Our sheets had stains on them and when we showered the tub would fill with water. My husband fished a decent sized hairball out so it would slowly drain. Yuck. If you plan on going out until 3am or later everyday, this would be a great spot for you. Otherwise, you will get ZERO sleep as the whole place vibrates from the bar directly below you. The music is so loud, we went and purchased ear plugs but it didn’t help at all. Our stay in Miami was horrible mostly due to no sleep and these accommodations.

We stayed Thurs to Monday

The place is a great location, easy beach access, and clean but the apartment is very loud from the club on the first floor that is open until 5am each night. It is a quiet restaurant during the day with good food and drinks but turns into a club after 10pm and the music vibrates every fixture and makes sleep impossible until after 5am each morning. Online it says the apartment sits above a restaurant not a club. Again great location but way too loud.

Great New Year’s in South Beach

We came for a New Year’s vacation. The property was clean and located perfectly, with the balcony overlooking the Ocean Drive. We got a great view of the fireworks.

Location! Location! Location!

If you want to be in the heart of Ocean Drive this is your place! The apartment is very clean but old. The hallways and such aren't the greatest but once you are in your nest it's the best! Small balcony looks out the ocean side. The bar below has the sweetest bartenders. Yes it's thumping til 3am but we were never asleep before then anyway! The people watching is amazing ❤️. The communication is excellent and he's very detailed with check in instructions and such. Would stay here again!

Oceanfront & Nightlife

Cozy accommodations! This is an excellent place to stay if you would like to be right in the heart of the nightlife and ocean drive strip. Wake up to early morning sunrises just across the street! NOT recommended if you cannot sleep through loud music, which plays until almost 3am, even on weeknights. But if this is your scene, this is an excellent place to stay. Clean, and has everything you need for an enjoyable trip to the beach.

South Beach Bungalow

This was a great spot to stay at for a couple of nights in the heart of South Beach in Miami right on Ocean. The communication with Lee and his team was prompt and efficient throughout our stay. And, the property was perfect in every way for our needs. I'd recommend a stay here for others who want an experience right in the thick of it.

Awesome little condo with all you could need! Definitely in the bustling busy area during spring break, so if you like quiet, this place isn’t for you. If you want to be among the music and crowds and action, this is your place! Super close walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops.
