The dining area has a table that seats six & bar area that seats two, kitchen is renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony, & a full renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. 1st guest bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. 2nd guest bedroom has two Queen beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to it's own small balcony. There is a 2nd full renovated bathroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combo, & is not connected to the guest bedrooms.

There is tile flooring throughout the condo, and has a full size washer/dryer. The balcony has two small tables, one large table, at least five chairs and two lounge chairs. View-Overlooks the water, can see the "E" pool, and the sunsets.
