Everything was in walking distance and the views are right when you open your door!

Great location and view!

The condo was comfortable and beautiful. Easy walk to BC restaurants and bars, and just a 15 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would happily stay again in the future!

Great Location

Property management, and the location are the best aspects of this property. Unit #215 is worn out and in average condition at best. I would recommend the property, but look for a different unit with renovated kitchen/bathroom.

The city of Boyne with its location on lake Charleroix many things to do within the city and it’s central location to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, M-22, and the city of Charlevoix all provide great day trips. Our preferred location at the water street inn is condo 215 providing great water views also a clean, upscale, and relaxing experience.

Lovely cozy condo

The condo was warm and cozy .. more than enough for a very comfortable stay for two people.. it was clean and the view was absolutely beautiful!! We’re going to come back in summer for sure!
