Wonderful stay!

We loved our trip to this beautiful condo! There was plenty of room for our family of five, and the space was even more beautiful than pictured. The large balcony was excellent for morning coffee, reading, and listening to the birds. The pool and beach were never crowded. We enjoyed both the pontoon shuttle and the lovely walk to the beach via the boardwalk. We would love to return!

Fall Break

The owner Gigi made her rental property so inviting and warm. We had a great visit and the condo was perfect for what we needed.

Home Away From Home!

The condo was beautiful! Although the unit does not have a beachfront view, our view could not have been more serene or perfect. We even were able to see a deer or two while out on the deck. The unit is conveniently located to the pool and parking garage/gym. The boat shuttle to and from the beach was amazing—Captain Sellers and his crew were phenomenal. Overall, the unit itself and the entire property were perfect for our family vacation that included a toddler. We can’t wait to make this a yearly family tradition!

Home Away From Home

The Condo was beautiful! Although it isn’t beachfront property, the deck was so serene and we even got to see a deer or two. Amenities were perfect for our 6-year-old, as well as the rest of our family. Not to mention, the unit is conveniently located to the unloading/loading area and the elevators that take you to the parking garage/gym. The pool was a very short distance from the unit, which was perfect when we forgot something in the room or needed a quick break from being poolside. The shuttle across the lake to and from the beach was amazing—great service by Captain Sellers! All-around, our stay was beyond expectations and we can’t wait to make this a yearly tradition at 30-Yay!

October vacation

We had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean. Linens, cabinets, silverware, glassware as well. We had plenty of dishes and glasses. The numerous spices in the kitchen were an unexpected surprise. Very nice touch. We had enough paper towels, dish soap for our stay. The washer and dryer were very small but quite fine. The only suggestion I have is that the guest bedroom mattress needs replacing. Absolutely loved the location on beach. It is wide and very uncrowned unlike some parts of 30a. I wish there were more canoes and kayaks as that could restrict getting out to see sunset but I understand the expense of replacing when parents and children do not take care of them. We would definitely go back!

Our favorite beach stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at GiGi's place! We have stayed all over 30A and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. It is truly a hidden gem on 30A! The unit was very well stocked and clean. GiGi was an excellent host and was easily reachable with any questions. The boat ride to the beach was super easy and convenient. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities needed. We had plenty of room and it is in a great location. The bracelets are a great addition- makes it very easy to access the pool, etc. The boat ride to the beach is really fun! The pool areas are amazing and beautiful! We will stay here again and recommend to anyone- great place!

Great Condo

Easy check in and able to communicate with the owner. Pools were fantastic. Beach had red mineral run over from the past hurricane so the ocean was not blue. We ended up going down to the state park to get away from the red in the ocean. Will be back for sure. It was a great place to stay. Loved that it was back off the street and not so built up around it. We have been going to Santa Rosa for 16 years and it has changed so much but this was quiet and not over populated. Hope it stays this way.

Very nice place

Beautiful condo, exactly as shown. Short boat ride to the beach. Beach is gorgeous. Multiple pools, plenty of room, never too crowded. 4 gas grills, everyone was using them so you did sometimes have to wait your turn. Boat runs 9-7, before or after that you can walk about 15-20 minutes to the beach. There was some confusion with the outside gate and pool codes, but they were quickly straightened out. We had a blast.

Beautiful Property

We found our spot!

Sanctuary at Redfish was everything we wanted! The grounds: -All the pools are great, and it’s never crowded. -We thought the boat ride to the beach might be a hassle with a toddler, but it was very enjoyable and such a short ride! -The beach is so private and spacious- it was amazing! The unit: -Love that it’s ground floor and a very short walk to the pool. -We spent a lot of time on the lovely balcony! -Everything was clean and tidy-the beds were very comfortable. -Lots of beach towels were provided, and amenities such as bikes and boogie boards. -There was also a pack n play bed for our toddler! This has been by far our favorite stay in Santa Rosa beach. We hope to go back!

Good Stay!

Property was very clean, newly painted, updated and nice! Well priced for spring break. Amenities nice with pools, grills, fire pit and boat shuttle to beach. Only snag we had was trying to rent golf cart as not allowed in complex. Rated communication with property manager a 3 only because we had no real communication with them as we did not need to. Check in perfect., unit equipped nicely no real issues. Would stay again!

Ready to go back!

Amazing stay. The property is tucked away but conveniently located. Well equipped, comfortable, lovely unit. Quiet. Love the pools/spas available. Beautiful beaches. Wish I were there now.

Amazing experience!

I was truly amazed by this beautiful property! It has many large pools to choose from, and the beach is gorgeous. The condo is wonderful and very spacious. It made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
