Our expectations were met. Home was nice and roomy, location is great, a quick walk to the beach and we like how close Red Bar is by taking the beach walk. Hauling luggage up the stairs can be difficult if you are older so prepare for that. No elevator usage for guest. I'd rent here again. This beach is not busy at all, no fighting the crowd. Good value for the Price.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The home was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and we especially loved spending time in the cozy living room. The master suite upstairs was a highlight—spacious, private, and perfect for unwinding. We truly enjoyed every day of our stay and would definitely return!

Quiet beach

I wanted a quiet family beach weekend with my family and we got just that! Very safe neighborhood and short jaunt to the beach away from all the umbrellas as there is beach access in front of the preserved dunes.

House was BETTER than expected … the management company is excellent … communication from check in to one issue with a washing machine to check out was on point … location and walk ability to beach and popular Grayton eats and shops was perfect … One of the best experiences to date!

Family week at Grayton Beach

We all enjoyed the week. Pine street is the quietest street in Grayton. My 5 year old grandson loved riding his bike up and down Pine Street in the mornings. Walking distance to Charingo (my fav), the Grayton Corner Store and Redbar.

Grayt time in April, 2023

Home is in ideal location on the Pine Street section of Grayton. Very nice sized rooms throughout home. Deck furniture on all decks (especially one off kitchen) need update/modernized/more comfortable (metal chairs are so 80s). Other than that we will stay again if pet friendly options are not possible (which was the case this time and led us to this property). Overall fantastic value for the cost. Just needs better outdoor furniture (as luck would have it, we brought our own intended for the beach and dual-utilized for the house decks).

Enjoyable Stay

The house was perfect for my family (husband, grown kids + one spouse and grandchild). Property management was great. I gave it a four for cleanliness because, while I did not feel like it was dirty per se, I felt like it was a house that had been well used. Upstairs carpet was stained from lots of use, and floors and rug did not feel very clean. But kitchen and baths were fine. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Grayton is a great location but be warned the walk thru dunes to beach where we were was very difficult due to soft sand. We managed but would have been a problem for anyone with the slightest mobility issue.

Just ok

Short walk to the beach. Property next door is run down and trashed. Dirty towels left in the linen closet and cleaning rags left on the bed.... which was gross. Kitchen is not well stocked to cook.

Amazing property, we loved the size and the rooms

Beautiful house, we enjoyed our stay, the only things for me and my wife was the number of steps to climb and the distance to the beach, we had an issue with grill in the property and the management replaced almost instantly with a new gas grill, thank you guys!!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location on 30A!! Walking distance to so much.. Beach, Chiringo, Ajs, Black Bear!! Watercolor and Seaside just a few miles down the road. Grayton Beach is quiet and relaxing!!The house is very nice and plenty of space. Top deck off the master room upstairs is the best to drink coffee in the morning. If you are looking for peace this house is it!! Thanks

Grayt time in Grayton

My family of 6 loved our stay at this house. The beach was just down the street. My husband and I drank our coffee on the balcony with beach views every morning. A perfect week of family fun!

It was clean, close to activities but not too close, and peaceful.

The beds were comfortable. The property was close to the beach. My kids rode bikes to seaside every day. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. I loved the balcony off the master bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.
