Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, with our family 3 small kids. It was clean, and it is located in a gates community with playgrounds great for kids, and you have a nice green area behind the house, which makes it feel less crowded. Also the kitchen is very Well stocked, making it easy for us to cook every meal at the house, which was important to us, and the trash was picked up every day at the front door, again nice with a big family cooking meals. If we return i would look to stay here again.

We had a great vacation.

We had the pool heated which made it very enjoyable to spend hours in it. The house has many extras and my almost 60 year old son loved the arcade game machine. My grand daughter called the room in the garage a man cave. Would love to go there again.

Awesome stay

Beautiful property,amenities that were in the property itself were a huge asset to our stay, Miss loved the pool,game room, and themed bedrooms. Close proximity to all Disney properties huge plus. Owners were great to communicate with. The main pool with water slides and splash pad were a huge hit as well. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Orlando/Kissimmee area

Relaxing and fun!

This home is well cared for with nice finishes, furnishings and appliances! The Fells have thought of everything needed to allow for a great home, away from home experience! They are incredibly responsive at answering any questions as well which was nice. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Best stay we have had

This house is absolutely amazing. Every room has its own bathroom, basically soundproof game room. Every room is a must have. Down to the dishes, grill, towels, coolers, strollers. They have thought of everything you would need and they over provide. We will absolutely stay here again if it is available for our annual trip next year.

Vacation on vacation

We had an amazing time at the location. The house was amazing minus a few spots that the house cleaning company missed. The house alone was the vacation, but the water park was an extra vacation. The homeowner took care of our every needs, and was quite attentive to our last second changes. The kids are already planning the next trip. If the dates are open we will definitely be staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We have rented many properties in Windsor Hills over the years and this ranks as one of the best. It has had a beautiful remodel. Beds being comfortable has become very important as we get older and that box was checked. Loved the pool area and it was private like we prefer. Importantly it was clean! We would stay again!

Great home!

This was one of our favorite rentals. Check-in was easy. The house was very clean. The pool and spa were fantastic. We loved the green space behind the property with a walking path. It was a nice break from the busyness of the Disney parks. Martin was super responsive to any of our questions throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would stay here again.

Ideal Location, great entertainment options, and Awesome Pool!

We had an incredible stay at this home. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and concerns that we had. Privacy was good. Setup was perfect for our young family. Amazing

We did a family vacation june 02 for a week. Attention to detail was above any other home we stayed at in Winsor Hills. All new comfy furniture. The backyard was private, quiet and absolutely beautiful. The owner responded quickly and very easy to talk too. Any issues taken care of immediately. We truely cannit say enough good about this place. We have been staying in Winsor for years and tjis place raises the bar in every aspect. We will be checking the availability of this place first definitely will be back. I

Good luck getting into this place. It’s going to become a top ten desirable location for everyone’s next Windsor Hills trip. Great communication. Easy checkin and check out. Perfect Home for a Disney Family Vacation

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had the most wonderful time vacationing in this beautiful home. It was exactly as pictured but was way more than we expected and with the abundance of extra towels, bedding, dishes and cookware it was perfect! We felt very safe and secure in the beautifully kept gated community of Windsor Hills which has a huge Walmart just a couple of minutes away. Since the Disney parks are so close we quite often would go to the parks in the morning and head back to the house for a swim and a break (before 3:30 to miss the rush hour traffic) and head back to the park for the evening. Some of our best times were actually spent back at the house lounging by the pool, swimming, soaking in the hot tub, playing games and puzzles, making a meal or watching a movie on one of the huge TV's! There is a big green space behind this house so for us it seemed like an oasis by the pool after being around so many people at the park. Most houses are backed onto another house. We found Marty to be so quick and easy to communicate with and was so accommodating. We definitely would love to come back to this home again.

Awesome House & Location!

We stayed at this beautiful home for Christmas and it was a lovely week. Group of 8 people with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great location just minutes to Disney. Pool and hot tub were awesome and the space in the backyard behind the pool between neighbors is great. Neighborhood pool with slides is right on the same street as house so very convenient. Well equipped kitchen for cooking dinners every night. We all loved the Air hockey table! Home owner quick to respond. Thank you so much for sharing your home, would stay again without question.

Would definitely recommend

This was a beautiful house for our family trip. I would highly recommend this property. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and honestly it was the perfect house for us. We all had our own privacy in our bedrooms which all have their own bathrooms. The house had nice tall ceilings which I loved. It was very clean and welcoming. The pool and patio were a nice place to hang out. The lights over the pool at night was perfect. Other properties in the area didn’t seem to be lit up like that. It was cozy. Considering it’s July in Florida I assumed the pool would be really warm but it wasn’t. It was refreshing. The sun is on the pool all day and the tables are in the shade which is nice for those who want shade. The indoor game room which was a hit for everyone. We had an air hockey tournament one night with everyone. The young kids loved the train table and dolls. The air conditioner in the game room was finicky and a little tricky to figure out but once we got it working it was good. The thermostat/air conditioner in the house is set to auto changing of temps but you can adjust by a few degrees. Garbage comes every day which is nice to get it out of the house. Overall, I really have no complaints. I’ve only been gone a day and I already miss it and wish I was back night swimming tonight. :) happy vacationing!

A+ rental for a perfect Disney vacation

We have stayed at numerous VRBO rentals in Florida over the past decade and this property was one of the best. The home was larger than we expected, and with that, had plenty of room for a group of friends or a family to enjoy a great vacation. We visited as a family of four (we splurged for the private pool and spa) and couldn't have been happier. Everything was as advertised. Beds and linens were clean, comfortable, and new. The house was very nicely decorated. The kitchen had anything you needed, and I can be a tough critic here, as I like to cook gourmet meals. All equipment was in excellent (new) condition. From dishes, bowls, measuring cups, cutlery, tupperware, ninja blender, coffee machine for k-cups and regular filters, 2 electric griddles. I can't think of anything that wasn't available for my cooking needs. New Weber Spirit barbeque cooked beautifully. The house also has tons of towels (bath, pool, etc.), and comes with a welcome package with a few garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towel roll. The home's entertainment systems were modern with new tv's in all rooms, a Playstation 5 in the Star Wars room, retro arcade machine (20 in 1) and air hockey table in the games room along with dolls and other kids toys (train table), streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) and cable available on every tv, so no problem finding something to watch while relaxing. We visited over the March break 2022, so the community pool was very busy but we managed to get chaise lounge chairs within a few minutes as people came and went quite often despite the pool area being very full - lots of pent up demand for vacations post-COVID. Our kids (ages 6 and 8) had a blast at the splash park and waterslides, and loved the castle playground (a 2 minute walk down the street on the way to the community centre). The drive to Disney parks was roughly 10 minutes, which worked perfectly for us. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area, including the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets 15 minutes away. I highly recommend paying for pool heating as the pool was so warm and comfortable, and the spa gets nice and hot to soothe your muscles (and put you to sleep at night) after walking around the parks for 7+ hours. Martin (the owner) was an excellent host, his communication couldn't have been better. I'm sure you can guess that I would absolutely consider staying at this property again in the future.

Deserves more then 5 stars!

Had a wonderful stay! The property is amazing, the pool gets sun all day long which was our favorite part! Both hot tub and pool were fabulous. House was very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Blender, crock pot, pans, baby items, the list goes on and on. Our stay was amazing and will definitely be back!!

Perfect stay

This property is exactly as advertised and by far the best outfitted property we’ve ever stayed at. The bedding was top notch and so comfortable, the kitchen had ample dishes and cookware- we had everything we could need. My grown sons (and husband) enjoyed competing for high score on Donkey Kong after long park days. And, the spa was perfect for rejuvenating tired feet. Great home close to Disney

Everything as described. Bring your own soap, shampoo and you will also need more basics like paper towels, toilet paper, foil, condiments, etc. Walmart is just down the street. Drive to Disney is very short, traffic can be bad nearby. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was great to have a washer dryer. House was more spacious that I imagined it would be. Walkable to many playgrounds.

Disney Family Vacation

The house was beautiful, even nicer in person than in pictures! There were 9 of us, including a baby and we had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the pool! The house was immaculately kept and it was close to the parks. This was especially nice, as our week at Disney in December was unusually hot, and the one day we came home mid day to cool off and change and then return to the park. The community felt very secure, communication was excellent, and we’d be happy to stay again on our next Disney Family Vacation! Wonderful memories!

First Disney Trip!

We booked this house for our first trip to Disney for our daughter’s 3rd birthday. The house was super clean and I loved that it had everything we needed. Only downfall was that we couldn’t utilize the game room very much because it was hot in there. Martin answered all calls and was very responsive. We understand that sometimes things go wrong with homes, so we didn’t make a big deal about it. Other than that it was a beautiful home and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice home to come back and relax to after a long day at Disney.
