Convenient location

This updated condo is well located in Wilmington NC, close to grocery stores, good restaurants, and places to visit. We like to buy breakfast groceries when we travel to save time in the mornings. The kitchen is laid out well and has a dual coffee maker, a toaster and even has coffee and fixings in the cupboard.

Exceptional

Our stay was outstanding! This litte re-treat is very clean and just like home. The neighborhood was quiet and what we liked the most was the airport being just a few minutes away. Would definitely rent again, it's better than any hotel!

Wilmington stay

We have visited Wilmington before and wanted to return. This place seemed like a good fit for all the things we wanted to do. A few issues with some neighbors fighting on several occasions. And you could smell that the downstairs neighbors were smokers at times. Overall the place was pretty good.

Nice place

Very nice place. It has updated appliances and furniture. Very comfortable queen sized bed with a huge flat screen tv. The only downside, one of the bathrooms does not have an exhaust fan and the neighbors next to us were smoking cigarettes inside of their unit and we could smell it through the walls. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay and I would recommend.

Bad neighbors

Place was nice but we hade to leave a day earlier because someone left a threating message on our vehicle. Stating that the parking was for paid residence. We were a paid residence and if we park in the parking lot again they would damage our vehicle. The neighbor has a really loud noise with kids which did not bother us due to the fact we were use to children. It was a very nice apartment inside. They had very nice inside and easy to check in. We would not rent again because of our concern of neighbor damaging our vehicle.

Centrally located

The one or two questions I had were answered promptly and everything was exactly as advertised. Everywhere we wanted to go to on average was 15 to 20 minutes away so it was centrally located.
