PARKING REGULATIONS – Only 4 vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway. Parking on the street is NOT permitted. Violation of either of these regulations may result in $300 fine per day.
Please note that amenities may have closures or restrictions during your visit.
MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE – No more than 10 people may occupy the house at any given time. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Violation of either of these may result in a $500 fine per day.
BRECKENRIDGE NOISE ORDINANCE – Quiet hours are from 10PM – 8AM. Violation of quiet hours is a class 2 petty offense and will result in a fine of up to $600 per violation from the Breckenridge Police Department.
The HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS ARE STRICTLY enforcing any violation to the POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE COUNTY CODE VIOLATION DEPARTMENT
A 4 wheel drive vehicle will be needed in the snowy winter months.
