The open and airy living area with diagonal 18x18â ceramic tile comes with 2019 new purchased soft beige sofa and love seat, coffee table, sideboard, flatscreen TV and with views to the 28 x 28 FT extended pool deck. In the center of the house is the kitchen with pass-thru window to the covered 18x 9 FT lanai complete with outdoor dining set. Just steps away you will find the formal dining with a table for 6. There is a nice size master suite with King Bed, matching nightstands, dresser, large walk-in-closet plus wall closet, on-suite bath with dual sinks, shower and privacy toilet. Two great secondary bedrooms, one with a Full Bed, the other with 2 Twins. They are sharing a bathroom with tub/shower combination and laundry. This second bathroom also serves as pool bath. The 13x26 FT Pool with new heat pump has been re-coated in November 2020. It is inviting for refreshing swim. Whole pool cage has been rescreened in 2022! Tiles thru out the house â no carpet. Two Car garage with remote opener.
