This lovely, well appointed and recently updated home is located in a quiet area with beautiful Red River Beach on Nantucket Sound nearby. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8 comfortably. The first level of the home features a spacious kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom with shower and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. The three remaining bedrooms are on the second level, one with a king sized bed, and the second with two twin sized beds and a third with 3 twin beds. The second floor also has an additional full bath with a tub/shower for convenience and all four of the bedrooms are equipped with an a/c unit. It has a spacious back yard for family cookouts and fun as well as a large patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The property is conveniently located between Chatham and Harwich Port, both offering great shopping and dining. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Will consider allowing one dog with a $75 pet fee. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Perfect spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here! We found the pictures didn’t do justice for this beautiful home with a lovely backyard perfect for gathering in the morning and at the end of the day with family. We enjoyed the spacious living area and kitchen and nice flow of the home. The outdoor shower and water pressure was devine. The house is on a quiet road and perfectly located near everything including Red River Beach, downtown Chatham and Harwich Port. We would definitely stay here again!

Great week away

Tucked in a cute neighborhood perfect for taking walks or bike rides, we enjoyed the beautiful backyard, gas fire pit, and excellent air conditioning. All just minutes away from red River beach, we even walked or biked there a few days! Excellent restaurants and shopping in Chatham close by! Would definitely book again :)

Adequate but not worth the money overall.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house overall was in an ok condition. The fact that there was no central air conditioning was awful. The units in the individual rooms were too noisy for a person to get a good night's sleep. The closets were smelly and had things that i assume belonged to the owners so i did not use them. The bathrooms were dated, low water pressure but not bad. The space under the sink in the kitchen had cleaning things sitting in a moldy plastic container and it smelled. And the worst of all was the smelly moldy basement. I had to go a couple of times to put a wash and I was trying to hold my breath because of the smell of mold which is not good for anyone's health! Also the cookware, that I never used were old and thrown all over the cabinet. It is not a lot of money to have a good set of cookware. overall it was an ok stay. We have rented yearly at the Cape, this is the first time since the pandemic and i have to say this was my lest favorite.

Charles Road Review

This property was terrific. We had the perfect location and everything in the house was the right size for our group (beds/tables/furnitures). The ONLY slight feedback I could offer is that the key/lock was tricky and took a few minutes of wiggling to get in each time. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all!
