The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, cookware and essentials, along with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and an extendable dining table to fit 6. With the kitchen stocked with everything needed to entertain, you will be more than happy to spend some nights in! No need to leave the apartment in the morning to get a "real" coffee. There is a coffee machine and pods for guests use.
The main bedroom provides a queen size luxurious bed and pillows, office facilities with desk and chair that opens onto the spacious garden balcony, a large wardrobe area, TV and en-suite.
The second bedroom contains another queen size luxurious bed and pillows with floor to ceiling windows and balcony access overlooking the greenery!
The main bathroom has a large walk in shower and modern vanity. Guests are provided with organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The lounge area has a beautiful feature occasional chair to sit back and relax in along with a large fold out sofa bed to sleep extra guests.

Things You Need to Know Before You Book:
- We require you to complete a Check in form which includes rental terms and conditions.
- We require a copy of your ID (front and back).
- We require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately.
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges per night per item used
