Located in Nautic Bay, one of Topsail Island's newest waterfront communities, this fantastic property features sound side views and spacious living areas to provide your family with a blissful rental experience. As an added bonus, this property offers a PRIVATE POOL for guests to enjoy **Seasonally available May - September. Waiver signature required for pool use**.

Castaway Cove is located at 316 Oceanaire Lane in Surf City, NC, and will accommodate up to 10 people ages 4 and up. This property offers 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Bunk Bed sets. Pillows and blankets will be provided for all advertised bed sizes but sheets and towels will not. You are welcome to bring your own or arrange for weekly rental through the realty company.

➤Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

Surf City

The property was perfect for our family . We had four children and six adults. There was plenty of room with the pool and decks. It was a short walk to the beach however, since you cross one busy road we put our children in a wagon. . The kitchen was well stocked The property was definitely child friend. They even had toys and books .. They had stools so the children could reach the toilet and sink. We would highly recommend this property. It was a beautiful beach house.

A Decent spot for a great beach

We enjoyed our stay at the Castaway Cove. The rooms were decent and the amenities were good. However, the only note I would make is the cleaniness. You will have to clean when you arrive. For being advertised as a 2021 new house was very dirty with the laundry full of sand, the dishes not being clean and the appliances and carpets and areas subpar in my opinion. However location and distance to the beach was great! I would stay again however I would bring my own appliances and such.

Perfect Getaway with Friends and Kids

We loved this property and it was perfect to constantly entertain four little kids between the pool and the beach. The house was great, beds were comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. My only suggestion would to give a better idea of what kinds of items are available. For example I brought my instapot and blender only to find that both were available at the house. I would also say that this was not the cleanest place I've ever stayed, kitchen and bathrooms could have been cleaner when we arrived. Other than that we hope to be back again!
