Nice home

This home had everything we needed for a pleasant quiet stay. Sitting on the back porch drinking coffee was just wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed since we cooked there many days. The home is about 1.5 miles from downtown and we did walk it once, but drove other times. Plenty of restaurants and activities that are close.

Absolutely Charming Property

We totally enjoyed our stay in Cottonwood. The property management team was a pleasure to work with. They provided great information and were very responsive to any questions we had. The house was clean, cozy, warm and relaxing. Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was at our disposal. I loved the location, close to town yet away from the hustle and bustle. We will certainly stay here again and highly recommend this home for families.

Scouting Trip

Beautiful, ranch-style home in clean and quiet neighborhood, close to city-center, and a few miles away from Jerome (a very cool hillside town), and a relatively short distance and nice drives to Prescott, Sedona and Flagstaff. Kitchen well-equipped. Very nice fenced backyard, perfect for pets. Responsive, attentive property hosts. Would look to stay here again upon return to Cottonwood.

We had an amazing time!

The property looks exactly like the pictures, it’s very cute and very cozy. There was TONS of communication from the property manager prior to the trip. We were not left confused at all! The location is great if you’re willing to drive a bit to get to the actual mountains, we loved the restaurants & small town around the community. there was no park in the neighborhood, but we brought our puppy out to slide rock about an hour away and had the absolute best day! So thankful and will be staying here again!

Great place

This was a wonderfully comfortable place to stay and beautifully set up for visitors. A very cozy home with plenty of room to spread out. All appliances, even light switches, have clear directions and there are many flat places to put your “stuff”. So easy, we were sad to leave.

Stay at Cottonwood

We used this as a base for our week of hiking around Sedona. The house was great for that purpose. Wish the back patio had been cleaner. It was perfect weather for outside dining.

Wonderful trip!

We rented the home for a quick weekend trip before Christmas. Very cute house with all the creature comforts you would need for a getaway. Close to hiking and 1 mile from the downtown shopping area. We would definitely book again!

Great little house

Very cute, clean and comfortable house. Carport fit all of our motorcycles, and the back patio and yard were nice for hanging out after rides. Love the Cottonwood area, would definitely recommend the house if you're spending a few days there.

Sweet place!

All as advertized and a great location! We loved this cozy home and outdoor space. Thanks so much for the super easy check in and initial home set up. The kitchen/house was well stocked with implements/other needs and we loved the electric fireplace. There is so much to do in the area that we barely scratched the surface. If you love great wine, great food, beautiful scenery, great art, great music, interesting local history, and friendly people, this is the place for you!

Great house in beautiful Red Rock country

This was one of the best houses we've stayed in! It's a great little town with good restaurants, great shops in Old Town Cottonwood, and away from the frantic pace of Sedona. The house was so comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood, The kitchen was very well equipped with spices, olive oil, coffee and lots of dishes, pots and pans. Everything we needed to cook with. The beds were comfortable, the home nicely decorated and best of all--the outdoor patio!!The TV has Sling, so lots of options to kick back in the evenings and watch TV. The back yard was lovely and I spent a lot to time out there. There are good hiking trails around and it's a easy drive to Sedona, Montezuma's Castle and Montezuma's Well National Monuments. Also don't miss Tuzigoot National Monument, and the mining town of Jerome up on the mountain above the town. So much to do in this area. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

The place was lovely. A tv in the master bedroom would have been ideal. Location was scary when entering the surrounding area. Kitchen was fully equipped, loved it.

Great place to stay!!!

My husband and I with our two teenagers and my husband’s brother door, we’re exploring the Sedona area and found this little treasure of a spot to stay in Cottonwood. We all thoroughly enjoyed both Cottonwood and Sedona! The place was super clean and conveniently, located to downtown cottonwood, as well as to Sedona where we did a lot of hiking, and exploring on ATVs!! The house had all the amenities we needed, and was very economical and super super clean!! Loved our stay!

we would book it again

We really liked the home. Planning on renting it again next year. I would suggest anyone staying there to check out the info/manual book they have there. The 3 way dimmer light switches in the hall can be confusing. The home was very well stocked with cooking supplies, etc.

Great backyard

We enjoyed our long weekend here, though the nearby Verde Valley Fair noise was a surprise. The backyard was perfect for dining and hanging out. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.
