Welcome to, "Blessings By the Sea!" This beautifully updated beach home is located in the highly sought-after community of Watercolor! This family-friendly 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beach house is located on a quiet street just around the corner from the Dragonfly Pool...1 of the 6 pools you will have access to during your stay! Just a quick 4-minute bike ride or 3-minute *golf cart ride takes you from this home's charming screened-in porch to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the gulf! If you get tired of hanging at the beach just head to the private beach club and pool to hang out and cool down in one of the 2 beachfront heated pools! Need some fun out of the sun? Just make the quick trip to the Watercolor or Seaside town center in the home's 6-seater *golf cart! (golf cart*requires extra fee.) There you will find many delicious restaurants, unique local shops, and lots of places for your family to enjoy!

As you enter, "Blessings By the Sea," you are greeted by the open-concept family room, dining, and kitchen area that stretches throughout the bottom floor of the home! This family-friendly layout is perfect for enjoying time with all of your friends and family. Also on the first floor of the home, you will find the home's large Master King Suite, complete with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The small "office nook" off the kitchen is the perfect spot for you to catch up on life if you have to work or do school, during your time away. A half bathroom and laundry room are both conveniently located off the kitchen for easy guest access. The kitchen itself is wonderfully updated, and a great spot for staying in and hosting those family meals! You will notice seating for 8 at the kitchen table, and then seating for an additional 4 guests at the large kitchen island, so everyone is included in family dinner night!

Off of the beautiful family room, you will find a spacious, screened-in porch! This large screened-in entertainment area is complete with comfortable seating for the whole group, and the perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous weather of the area! Make this outdoor seating area your go-to spot for your morning coffee, or evening nightcap, all while taking in the views of the beautiful landscaping that surrounds the home.

As you walk up to the 2nd floor of the home, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, as well as a bunk room, and a 2nd living area!! There is a full bathroom for the guests in the bunk room to use, so every bedroom in the home has its own bathroom space! The 2nd living area is complete with comfortable seating and a large flat screen tv! The home's guest Master Suite is complete with a King sized bed, as well as a twin bed with a trundle providing sleeping for 4 in this room if needed. Additionally, in this room, there is a spacious private balcony, complete with a charming porch swing, and additional comfortable seating! On the other end of the 2nd floor, you will find another guest room equipped with 2 twin beds and private a full bathroom for their use.

Starter Amenity Package:
All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
