As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for 8, and a cozy living room. The first floor also features a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, you'll find a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin bunk beds. With sleeping arrangements like these, our home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. During your stay, take advantage of our home's amenities, including a natural gas grill, parking for 2 vehicles, 4 adult bikes, and board games for some family fun. Plus, our location offers easy access to community pools, nature trails, and dune lakes, ensuring that you have plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy the outdoors. We’re a family from Minnesota who loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s at the lake in the summer or skiing in the winter. We enjoy traveling and creating special memories with our kids, and hosting gives us the opportunity to help other families do the same. We’ve put a lot of care into our home and love sharing it with guests who are looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Watercolor.

Watercolor is truly one of a kind. It has a peaceful, coastal charm that’s perfect for families and couples alike. The neighborhood is beautifully maintained with tree-lined streets, scenic bike paths, and easy access to white-sand beaches and dune lakes. We especially love the laid-back atmosphere and how everything is just a short walk or bike ride away—beach clubs, pools, restaurants, and nature trails are all right at your fingertips.

Our home is thoughtfully designed to feel like a true getaway. It’s spacious yet cozy, with plenty of room for gathering together or finding a quiet corner to relax.
