Inside, the home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two primary suites, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Each space is styled with brand-new furnishings and clean, modern décor. For entertainment, enjoy a dedicated movie room with a 75” Smart TV, surround sound, and cozy seating, or keep your routine on track in the private gym with yoga mats, weights, resistance bands, and a Peloton bike.

Outdoors, Arizona living shines. The heated pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxation, while a four-hole putting green adds a playful touch. Scottsdale Stadium and Fashion Square Mall are both nearby, as are numerous golf courses, parks, and cultural attractions. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy quick access to Papago Park, Desert Botanical Garden, and Camelback Mountain, making this location ideal for both relaxation and adventure.

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
Pool heating is complimentary and set to 88 degrees year-round. Please note that while we do our best to maintain this temperature, it cannot be guaranteed during unseasonably cold nights due to natural ambient conditions.

All guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms.

For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door, used only to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.

A Minut noise monitoring system may also be installed. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations, ensuring privacy while maintaining neighborhood peace.

Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to cover the additional cleaning required.

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate in advance if you require additional time.
