Nice stay for a short getaway

Wonderful property on 1st hole of Harbour Town golf course and about a minute walk to Harbour Town! Quiet and secluded neighborhood, property was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location

This property was in a perfect location, very spacious and priced fairly. It was clean but could use some updating (new couch and a new dryer) but this wouldn’t deter us from staying at this location in the future!

Golfing Family

My husband, son, and his fiancée booked a golfing trip. This was a very convenient location for us. We stayed on the first hole of the last course we played, Harbour Town Golf Links, and were able to walk to the course. There was room for us all. Communication with the rental company was good. We would definitely book again the next time we are down there.

Great Property

The property was perfect for us (two friends on a conference/golf trip). The unit was very well appointed. We were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The location is excellent.

HHI

Unit was great. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was adequate for cooking. It is a pet friendly unit and we brought our dog. So, not surprising that one of the couches smells like a dog. There was a bunch of dog hair (different color than my dog) that floated out from under a couch the first day we were there so the cleaners need to pay attention in pet friendly units to dog hair under things.

Perfect location

Nestled in the back corner of Heritage villas, this 2 story property gave us everything we needed & more. Close to harbortown center, on the golf course & plenty of parking. The bikes & beach chairs were in great condition and were used every day. Our teenagers & dogs were comfortable, safe and happy.

Great family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was wonderful. It had all we needed for cooking and grilling. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. The rental was clean upon our arrival and was in a great location. A quick walk to the pool, Harbor Town and sea pine shops. The bikes were an added bonus, our family had a great time biking around Sea Pines all week. And the property management company was quick to respond when I asked a question (late check out).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean. Two of the three bathrooms needed to be completely updated. The two outside decks were old and also needed to be redone. They were very uninviting. However, the rental company and maintenance side of the house were great. I would use them again, I would just select a different place to stay at.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 2285 Heritage Villas. The location was excellent and the size and set up was perfect for our small family. We could ride bikes or easily walk to the marina area and to shopping/dining. We also enjoyed the proximity to the tennis/pickleball courts. We traveled with our family dog and it was really great that his unit was pet friendly. We would definitely consider vacationing in this unit again. There were a few minor items in the unit that could have been updated /touched up, but generally it was as advertised and shown in the photos. When we reported minor issues the property management/maintenance team was very responsive and professional.

Cannot beat this rental for a long Weekend with golf and tennis

The property was perfect for our recent long weekend. We played golf and tennis and the location very close to the Harbour Town Golf Course and tennis facility were great- we could walk to each in about 5 minutes. We also were no more than a 10 minute walk from Harbour Town. The rental was immaculate and really well laid out. Our dog loved the ground floor location and being able to go right out the back door to a deck and grassy backyard with pine trees and palms. Unless you want a beachfront rental you cannot beat this rental for location, value and overall condition, Highly recommended!

Perfect location, needs some love!

Sea Pines is our favorite area in HHI. This was our first staying at the Harbourtown villas, nice location, relatively close to everything and adjacent to the golf course, nice! This particular villa is comfortable and spacious, but needs some serious remodeling. We understand that it is a pet friendly unit, but it is not just the furniture that looks run down it's the whole place. The mattresses need to be replaced, specially the one in the master bedroom; the bathrooms are old and need repairs, the house needs new paint, i would suggest a full remodeling if they want to continue renting it. It was great having the beach chairs, and bikes available at the property. The interactions with the management team were prompt and professional.

Hilton head trip for 3 nights

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not happy with villa. Inside was ok but obviously needing some updates. Inside was clean but showed age. Example would be the medicine cabinet in the master bath. A disgrace. Upstairs also had a couple of cockroaches. The patio and outdoor woodwork was awful and well past needing repair and upsdates. Back steps were even slightly dangerous.

Great villa! Easy walk to Harbortown! Beware of limited access to Beach Club parking by car.

Everything wonderful with the villa! Easy walk to Harbortown and biking was perfect! Disappointed by limited parking at Beach Club- only allowed owners to park. Policy states the first 50 guests of owners with passes are allowed to park, but we were turned away at 8 am with our pass and parking lot was practically empty. They told us to use the trolley - but dogs not allowed on trolleys. Guests be aware if you want to take your dog to Beach Club during summer dog hours in the morning. Evening hours after 5 pm was not a problem. Beach club also has hoses near outdoor showers to rinse off your dog - was nice! Harbortown and lighthouse are dog friendly - outside patio dining - was absolutely beautiful! Great trip!
