Steps from paradise

The location of this unit was perfect for us. It’s in a corner away from the bulk of the noise of the pool but still only a few steps from the beach. Super convenient to be able to just walk back and forth from the beach at any time if we just wanted to get a snack or lunch and then head back out. The lanai area was really nice and we had coffee there every morning. We will definitely be back!

Memorial Day weekend

Great amenities!

Good location, great pool and beach. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc., all pluses. Cable tv was provided, which not many places do anymore.

Quiet, peaceful getaway

This was the perfect spot for a much needed recharge. We had everything we needed, pretty much had the beach to ourselves, and had a wonderful time.

Great location, pool and beach access

While not too fancy, we found this very comfortable and it is in a great location near Harry’s market and restaurant, the center shops and restaurants and within walking proximity to a bike rental. We had a hitch with the lock box and the TV, but these were quickly resolved and we recommend it. .

Perfect Family vacation

We had an awesome time at Longboat Key. It’s our favorite place and this was a perfect location to the beach, and the shops at St. Armand’s Circle. We will def book again and again!

Perfect!

It was the perfect location. Beach chairs, umbrellas available. Super nice people were there at the same time. Many public beaches with a short drive too! Great restaurants both on the island and just across the bridge.

Clean comfortable rooms. It's a small operation, so it's easy to get from your car to the room. It's not busy or loud. Pool and beach access are super easy.

Property has perfect beachfront location. Staff very good But each unit is separately owned and the whole interiors need updated everything. Bathrooms kitchens Decor nothing feels fresh. Owners need to do updates for the prices.

Beach heaven

The location was absolutely perfect right out the screened porch and pool there then down the walkway and beach access.Inside unit is dated needs bathroom remodeled and there needs to be bigger bed linen what was there didn't cover the bed.We had a good time though and definitely will be back.Thank you.

Poor layout. Pricey. But very close to beach.

84 steps from unit front door to beach. Front door opens into bedroom; unavoidable. Shower head needed replaced. Poor supply of silverware and dishes; spend a little and buy some cheap so you don't need to run the dishwasher daily. Pricey compared to better units on the island.

Condo is very dated and worn out. Pull out couch mattress is flat and not useable. Had to request an air mattress. Bedding is old and not very attractive. Great location, proximity to beach is awesome -- condo needs some TLC.

Somewhat overpriced.

The pluses: 76 steps to the beach. Helpful office personnel. The minuses: Shower head needed replaced. Poor layout with entrance into bedroom. DVD remote didn't work (even after replacing batteries.) Would not return at the price being asked. (Comparing to other units on the island)

Beach access is great but....

We have stayed at this property location before but this was our first stay in this unit. Both stays left us with the same impression. These are older, dingy units. The setup is awkward because you have to enter through the bedroom, which would be tolerable if there were no other issues. Our son slept on the sofabed which was stained and very worn. The bathroom is very small, and outdated, and the shower has low water pressure. The whole place had a dirty and cringy feel. It did not feel relaxing at all. We gave this place a second chance because of its proximity to the beach. The beach is wonderful. We got to see manatees swimming and playing in the ocean. However, beach umbrellas are also worn out, rusted, or broken. Overall, the beach is no longer enough to get us to come back.

Relaxing

My kids and I had a great time. The lanai overlooking the pool and beach was great. Perfect for families with kids so you don’t have to cart everything to the beach. You can go back and forth all day long. Easy access to Sarasota airport, close to Anna Maria and st Armonde circle!

GREAT LOCATION & GREAT STAY

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and it was perfect!! The pool was right outside our back door and the private beach was just steps away. The condo was VERY clean, and the management staff was VERY responsive. I would definitely stay here again!!
