Fishing trip
Both homes were beautiful but very unkempt, once we got inside nothing was cleaned we had to clean them, and the master bedroom at address 2042 had panels missing from the windows so there was no privacy, at this same address we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub because of debris and it had an ant infestation everyone was getting bites all over them, and the roof was off for repairs and tiles for that roof was stored in the driveway so it made parking a little difficult. The oven bottom door was off and kept falling on whom ever was cooking feet. The other address 2038 also was experiencing the ants really bad they had no towels except for a few beach towels we made the best of it. There were some type of animals living in the attic which kept everyone awake at night with the noise. The property manager tried to help out but we felt like all these issue’s should have been addressed before we arrived. I feel like I paid for a service that I did not receive. We all agreed that the properties were very nice but should be kept better I don’t think I’ll be renting either property again. I also have photos of all the issues at the one home I actually stayed in 2042 one mile cove pky, Cape Coral.
