Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles, 1 in the units private garage, and a second in the first come first serve community parking. STR license # 008572.

Great condo. Nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of pots, pans, utensils. Comfy living room, beds were comfortable. Private hot tub is a plus.

A perfect winter park family stay

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect only a 5 min drive to go snowboarding/snow tubing. And there was a park nearby the kids loved to play at in the snow every day we were there. So glad we stayed here.

On the Plus Side * Great location within walking distance of various restaurants and the bus stop. * Tastefully decorated. * Garage attached to unit so no need to scrape ice off the vehicle. * Plenty of condiments including hot sauces. * Snowplows arrived early to remove recent snow accumulations.

We had a great stay. The condo is well equipped and was perfect for our needs. It's in a great location- walkable to many restaurants and shops. The hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of skiing. You park in the garage which was nice when the temperature dropped.

Our families best ski condo experience

We have stayed in other ski resort area condos and non have compared to this one. This property seriously had everything we could need for prepping meals and comfort after a long day on the slopes. From box and oscillating fans to towels for the hot tub to dryer sheets this condo had it all. 10 out of 10!

Great WP townhouse

The property was listed accurately and very well located in town. Easy access to the shuttle, grocery and local restaurants. The private hot tub was perfect! Very well appointed townhouse with all amenities you may need. Property management company was responsive and very helpful. Would absolutely rent again.

My wife and I had a great experience. The condo had all the amenities we could hope for during a ski weekend. The master bedroom and living room were cozy and comfortable. The only downsides were that the hot tub was pretty loud throughout the night and it was difficult to get the car in and out of the garage without a door opener. Otherwise, it's the perfect place for a family or friends. Condo is in walking distance to some great restaurants and easy access to the resort!

Awesome Place!

This place is super nice, and would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and the market. 5 minute drive to the resort. Really nice condition and amenities. Highly recommend.

Great location. You can pick between 2 free Lyft buses to take you to the resort just about a 3 minute walk. The peak coffee shop is across the street. Love the coffee there. Loved the jacuzzi after a day at the snow. The kids bedroom was amazing and comfy beds. Loved that there is a TV in each room and the board games were appreciated.

Great Vacation Getaway!

This condo/townhome was perfect for our family of 4. The location fit our needs well. We skied each day but simply drove to the resort or took the town free shuttle. Easy access in/out of condo's garage, although a remote to the garage would have been helpful. The hot tub on the balcony was our favorite ! It is hard to beat sitting in a hot tub and watching the snow fall! It is within walking distance of a small market as well as a few good places to eat. The condo is well taken care of and well stocked to fit all of your vacation needs.

Stunning condo!

The place was immaculate and super cozy! The kitchen was great and well-equipped. The vouchers through xplorie were a great way to plan our days out with the kiddos. We loved the personal hot tub once the kiddos were asleep 😊 The only reason I wouldn't give this place five stars was that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Maybe we're prejudiced because we were staying in our son's condo, but we loved every minute of our stay(!) The unit is comfortable and nicely decorated. The linens and towels, etc. were luxurious. It's a very convenient location. The Frazer River Trail is very close by for a lovely walk every day. Our daughter-in-law left us many dining suggestions, what to do around the Rocky Mountain National Park and her favorite shops and things to do. We tried them all! We certainly enjoyed out time there.

Need better housekeeping.

We arrived Friday night and while cooking dinner we noticed water all over the kitchen floor. I figured out the kitchen sink had a bad leak (seemingly in the fixture itself) so that when you turned it on more water leaked down into the cabinet and then kitchen floor than what ended up in the sink. I had to pull everythign out of the cabinat and clean up all the water and then clean up the kitchen floor. When we went to bed, we saw hair on the pillows and the bed. The sheets were not washed! Didn't get to bed until another 90 minutes so we could do the laundry. This rental needs to hire a new cleaning services. The fact they didn't notice a major leak last time they were there is very surprising. If those two issues hadn't occurred, I would have rated it a five for sure. Newer townhome with hot tub was great, walking distance to everything you need downtown and heated garage was all great.

Great location in Winter Park

Overall this property is in a great location and is very close to the market, trails and restaurants in the area. The condo itself is well laid out and there is no issue with noise between the bedrooms or the main area of the condo. It is well stocked with pots, pans and other needed items and the hot tub is a wonderful feature and is well maintained. Some feedback on the condo for future booking families. Even though this condo does not allow for pets, I believe a dog is there every now and then as there was dog hair on and under the couch and on some rugs along with an area for food bowls in the garage it looked like. While our family has only minor dog allergies, if we had worse this could have made it a horrible weekend. The condo also has a cow-skin rug that sheds on anything that touches it, just as a warning. Overall we had a good weekend getaway to Winter Park, but would have liked to have known a dog has stayed in the condo to avoid allergy issues in our children.

The property itself was excellent, however, there was trash in the garage when we got there, broken glass behind the hot tub, and not even one extra toilet paper roll in the house. I should not have to run to the store for toiletpaper on vacation!
