Standard room, EXTREMELY run down property

The room was as pictured, however the property made us immediately regret booking. Upon arrival, there are no luggage carts, just a bellhop service you have to pay for and only one person manning it. The parking garage is an absolute NIGHTMARE, especially for larger vehicles. You pay each day to potentially not even be able to park in it and have to pay for other parkin

Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach

We enjoyed our room. It was pictured exactly as listed on VRBO The resort was remarkable You would never have to leave as everything is there on site Kim our customer rep was very responsive. I feel she made our stay there a priority and made it very easy to gain access to the room Only one bad note was the purchase of trash bags that you had to purchase for the days you were there. We will go back for sure Elaine

Quick Getaway

Pros: As you enter the studio it is as pictured. Making that a plus in my book. You will have a clear view of the beach. The place was clean and great for the two of us. Cons: The distance it took to get the keys and the late-minute fees for parking and trash bags. The ironing board is broken. The water pressure isn't the best either. Overall, it is a decent spot.

Anniversary getaway

This was a nice room on the property that included live music in their outdoor bar in the afternoon and evenings. There were several places to eat on the property as well. The room itself was great and the balcony view was amazing. Unfortunately a few cons — you have about a 20 min drive to North MB to obtain the key with a strict 3 pm check in & 10 check out. The property charges $5/day for garbage & $25 parking fee. The property staff can’t help if you have any issues and the number they had listed for the condo owner/assistant didn’t answer. Thankfully we had another number to reach them. The property grounds are very dated but everything appeared to be clean. You will have to rent beach chairs/umbrella on the beach but the sand was great and water was warm (June).

This place was amazing!Pictures doesn’t give it justice. The place is in a great location. The room was clean.Everything was stocked up for us when when we arrived ( extra towels extra bed sheets and blankets)If I could give this room and building more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Clean and Convenient Condo

A spotless condo apartment, with a balcony offering a brilliant view of the beach. The bed is comfortable and the kitchenette is well appointed. Checking in is a little complicated - you pick up your keys at a property management office a fair distance away from the property and have to navigate checking in and parking space with the front desk of the resort in which the apartment is located. The resort itself is a little run down, and the restaurant on the ground floor is NOT recommended. Check out one of the many bars or restaurants that are a short walk up the road, or a 5-10 minute drive along the waterfront for more and better choices.

I was actually pretty disappointed.

The indoor pool and hot tubs were closed. The lazy river was closed three out of the four days we were there. The toilet kept clogging and it was also very loose from the floor and leaking.

Quick weekend getaway

The property was as advertised. Check in took awhile but was due to waiting in line at the hotel for the parking pass. It is a parking garage so if you bring an oversized vehicle you need a special permit and I have no idea what that costs or how availability is. Furnishings in this unit are nicely upgraded. Beach towels, coffee are supplied. The only surprise to me was a sign saying if you leave makeup stains on the towels or sheets you will be charged. I’ve never seen a sign like this before. Just to be safe I used my own beach towel to wash and dry my face and I put my t shirt over the pillowcase. The view is beautiful. Chairs are provided or you can pay to rent chairs and umbrella from the lifeguard. Great place for a quick getaway.
