Waterfront on Lake Muskoka!

This is a charming cottage at the end of a beautiful and quiet bay on Lake Muskoka. The cottage has 3 bedrooms with an updated kitchen and bathroom. There is a very large deck that looks over the water. This deck is perfect for family meals. The large dock provides plenty of room for lounging and deep water swimming. The property also has a bunkie that can sleep 3. Paddleboards and kayaks are available. This is an excellent cottage for a family!

The sounds of nature are amazing. The loons and other wildlife can be clearly heard in the evening. While beautiful songbirds sing throughout the daytime!

Both Gravenhurst and Bala are about 10 minutes away. Gravenhurst has a lot of nice restaurants and recreation such as tennis courts and basketball courts. Bala also has a lot of dining options and seasonal attractions. Port Carling is a thriving seasonal town. Lake Muskoka and Lake Rousseau, meet in Port Carling.

There is a lot of attractions in the surrounding area. Bracebridge has Santa's Village. Santa's Village is an excellent theme park for young children. Muskoka Steamships offers amazing boat cruises throughout Lake Muskoka. They are located in the wharf in Gravenhurst. Also, there is many fantastic golf courses in the surrounding area.

Lake Muskoka is a quiet and beautiful place! Please note the municipal noise bylaw between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

All guests who make a reservation will have to agree to a contract that ensures all guests follow Muskoka Lakes by-laws and house rules. This contract will secure your reservation. It is very important to us that our guests have a good time and our neighbours enjoy their properties.

We had 3 dry days, 4 wet, the fact that our host (Tom) was quick to respond to any questions we had and a very well equipped cottage with everything you could ask for made our stay very enjoyable despite the weather. You had a great view from the cottage and the location was quiet, we were able to tour parts of the lake which was our main objective We think that our host went above and beyond giving us local information as to shopping and sights to see, wouldn't hesitate to book with Tom again!

Summer vacation with family

Lovely stay with lots of fun on the dock, Lilly pad float was a big hit and morning kayaking made for some great memories. Rustic and charming in a great location.

Great cottage

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. Location was perfect on quiet part of the lake. Our kids were in the water the entire time and Tom was a wonderful host. Great communication and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway!

We had a lovely time staying here: lots of fun using the provided canoes! The provided wifi is strong and consistent, sufficient enough to stream tv shows :)

Great spot on lake muskoka

Very great place to stay. Close to bala, on a nice inlet of lake muskoka. Tom is very easy to deal with and communicate with. Highly recommend!

Scenic and Peaceful

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the wildlife, The cottage was very nice and cozy and the location was scenic and peaceful. Tom made sure our check in and checkout were seamless. He also provided some tips and nearby trail locations. Communication from the host was excellent.

Our mini vacation

We were very blessed in that the weather was terrific. My developmentally delayed son age 55 and my best friend another Margaret stayed with me. I swam every day as did my dog Carson. We put the garbage in the bin at the end of the driveway as suggested, and separated the recyclables and left them in the two recycling containers as directed.. We cleaned and tidied before we left and believe we left the property as we found it. We would seriously look at returning another year.

Enjoyed the stay. Nice trails close by. Beautiful area. Cottage was nice a bit small but had most everything you need. Great BBQ and dock for hanging out. Tom was good to deal with no complaints.

We had fun

Our primary reason for this visit was for my children and husband to fish. They had so much fun fishing and spent each day on the dock. The cottage was perfect for what we were looking for and the animals and nature was a perfect atmosphere for us, we even encountered two beavers that wanted to interact and play. It was so much fun and we made beautiful memories there. Thank you Tom for being such an amazing host.

Cute cottage

Owners were excellent to communicate with promptly. Would be better if linens were included in the rental. Not enough indoor dining chairs to accommodate the number of people advertised for. Great outdoor dining space if the weather allows. We had a cozy quiet little getaway which was great!

Lake Muskoka Waterfront

I can’t say enough about this cottage, the location is so close to Bala, Gravenhurst, and great trails too. Tom was great at making sure I had all of the info needed to check in and be able to just relax and made sure I knew I could message him with any questions. 5 stars for sure!!

Amazing Muskoka getaway

The location was magical - at the end of a cove with an amazing view towards the water. Boats and a dock for all of that wanted to use them.
