This wonderful four-bedroom family property offers a relaxing and inviting atmosphere close to Windang Beach, Reddall Reserve and Picnic area and Lake Illawarra, shops. Nearby Club Windang, the Illawarra Hotel, golf, shopping centres with Jamberoo Action Park 20 mins drive with so much more on offer in the area.

Property has 4 bedrooms, a study & 2 bathrooms. It offers a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Sleeping 10 people plus a toddler/ baby. There are 2 dining table sets, outside set seats 10, inside seats 6 plus 3 stools at breakfast bar. Sofa couch is upstairs, sleeps 2. There are 2 living areas inside & entertaining areas outside. A BBQ is on the back decking for guest use. Ocean Escapes at Windang is a dream for family getaways, comfortably sleeping up to ten people plus a cot to accommodate a toddler or baby. 

You'll have everything you need right at your fingertips here with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating to enjoy meals together and two living areas with free Wi-Fi. Outside you'll find entertaining areas including a BBQ and fire pit - fabulous for roasting marshmallows in winter!

No family members are left behind in this pet friendly property. Please note - no animals inside the house, outside only in the enclosed backyard/on veranda. Both front and back yards are fenced/enclosed and safe for children or pets. Desk and space for work/computer use. Block out blinds, extra pillows and blankets/hangers supplied. Gas heating for those colder nights. Bonus Fire Pit in backyard.

Explore the nearby Windang or Warilla Beach safe walkway and bicycle track along Lake Illawarra foreshore. For families seeking adventure, Lake Illawarra, Windang, and Warilla areas beckon with attractions like the family-friendly Reddall Reserve where kids can revel in its fantastic children’s park, equipped with BBQ and picnic facilities, scenic walking tracks, swimming spots, and fishing areas. Don't miss the Art Trail and a plethora of activities that will undoubtedly make you eager to return. Windang and Warilla Beaches close by as well.

Close by to the property, the family will love to have a stroll along the seawall walkway, explore the nearby par 72 championship Port Kembla Golf Course or enjoy family-friendly activities like the driving range and mini golf. Jamberoo Action Park only 20mins drive, National Parks, nature and forest walks/hikes/picnics a short distance.

The entire house is for guests use but the garage is locked and not for guests use. Guest access is through both front & back doors.
