The Space
On the first floor, relax together in the spacious living room with a large-screen Smart TV, then whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen or head out to one of the many nearby restaurants. Seamlessly slide open the doors to the covered lanai for alfresco dining beside the resort-style pool and spa.

DO NOT RENT THIS NOVA VACATION HOME!

Disappointed! Scratched furniture, stair rails need paint, walls gouged, dented doors, dirty dining chairs, stained ceilings, nail holes, broken dispensers, missing thresholds, torn rug binding, cabinetry falling apart, missing outlet plates, dented appliances, dried crap on spare blankets, door handle grime front/back, fire extinguishers hidden. (Fire code violation.) Furnace vents filthy, dirty filters, upstairs shower heads clogged. Broken shelves in fridge, drawers hardly open. Ice maker gets clogged and ice falls everywhere when door is opened. Nonworking stove burners. Dishwasher rocks forwards when loading. Air hockey table scratched, holes plugged making dead spots, no felt on handles, broken score keeper. Pool table has tears/stains all over. Kitchen knives won’t cut. Only 5 forks for a entire house. Two of 3 pool cues broke. Color lights in Harry Potter room don’t work. Took 45 minutes to match TV remotes which were all mixed up. TV in Mickey/Minnie room didn’t work along with Xbox. Game room NOT air conditioned! Tile floors filthy, clean feet gray after 15 min of going barefoot. Killed roaches almost every day. Outside electrical box locked but standing wide open banging all night. Weeds all around pool, screens had gaps and tears around seams. Leak in pool, we filled every night, even when not used. No front outside lights working. No instructions given about using resorts amenities. 5 separate inquiries over 8 days! Nova contacted me 7th day to apologize only.

Great location

This house was so close to the Disney parks. It made it so easy getting back and forth each day. The resort pool was great! We enjoyed the pool at our house as well. The only negative was that we had no wifi including tv service the entire stay. We had several issues upon arrival all that were handled within 48 hours but we had a worker come to check on the internet and he was unable to do anything. Someone else was suppose to come but we never heard anything else. The house was great for multiple families and kept us happy after the parks each day. Just wish we had tv to unwind with.

Magical memories

We enjoyed our stay very much. Distance to parks was great, tons to do in area. Not far from clubhouse. People walked to Walmart. A little too much space for family of 5. Staff very friendly.resort pool beautiful! Fun entertainment on weekends. A few issues which property manager intended to address & quick to reply. Beds comfortable. Kitchen sufficient, seating for at least 12 comfortably. Nice to have instructions for tvs for us amateurs, kids loved game room and spent every night in there! LEDs didn’t work in sone rooms i tjink we just couldn’t find remotes. Overall amazing stay!

BEWARE!!! If I could give this experience a 0 star I would

Checked into the property on a Friday at 4pm. Immediately found wine glasses, plates and utensils in the cupboards that were never washed. Lipstick on wine glasses, bacon fat on utensils, coffee in mugs, food on the plates that were placed on the dining table and on the plates stacked in the cupboards. Went to check the beds and bathrooms to find tubs with dirty foot prints in them, walls with urine stains on them and worst of all, bed sheets that were not changed from the previous guests. There was dirt, body hair and body fluids on the sheets and comforters in 3 of 5 rooms. We immediately called the customer service and we were told by Paul that he would reach out to the property manager. An hour later we hadn’t heard back and called again. The issues had been sent to the property manager but no response. We called an hour later and got the same response from Paul. An hour later the same response. We spent the entire first night washing beds sheets and cleaning bathrooms and dishes enough to stay there that night. The next morning a cleaning team came and made our beds and put the dishes we had used in the dishwasher. They didn’t clean anything. We called customer service again and they sent a person over to take pictures who was disgusted. The cleaning company came again a third time finally to do a deep clean. The house has a pool that was unusable the entire trip because of damage to the bottom that left two sharp exposed screws at the bottom. I called daily and was was assured by Gabby in Nova Vacations management team that someone be there to fix it. They continuously sent pool cleaning staff who could not fix the damage. Every day I called I was told the issue was addressed and I told them it certainly was not. The pool was never fixed. The last day of our trip I spoke to Gabby in management again to say we wanted a refund for the pool heat we paid for seeing we couldn’t use the pool, a refund for the first night stay we spent cleaning and a refund for the cleaning fee. She told me the refund would be assessed once we checked out. She did not call me the day we checked out and did not return my call the following two days. Once I emailed saying I would go through my credit card for a charge back she called to say they would offer a $400 refund of our $2500 stay. I told her that was not acceptable and I didn’t think we were being unreasonable in our request. Her response was that the owners wouldn’t offer anything more. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Nice Property

Property could use a little TLC. Pool area mostly. Weeds growing up between the stones and paint peeling in pool. Had a couple of bugs inside the house also. Overall the house was a good property. Lovely furniture and game room was amazing. Rooms were also great and clean.

Great place

Greatvplace, except it's sort of a scam to charge extra make the jacuzzi actually heat the water. The jacuzzi did not work upon arrival, I had to call and be told there is an additional daily fee make it actually warm up. Would be great if they just added it to the actual price to begin with. The owner should also include more them one roll of toilet paper and paper towel for a several day stay.

Disney and Graduation Trip

We had a great time and stay here!! The location was perfect for our Disney trip! The distance quoted is correct and there wasn’t much traffic the way we had to drive. It’s about 30 mins from the airport if flying in. The rooms were great with each having their own bathroom and two being themed! The lights around the tops of the themed rooms were fun too! There were a couple of hiccups but not the owners fault. The people before left 12 bags of trash in the doorway outside, and the trash company didn’t pick it up till I called. There was some dirt on the bottom of the pool, but they got it cleaned up immediately. All was resolved quickly and we loved our stay! My mom is in a wheelchair and we brought her ramp and left it there. The company was great about holding it for us so we could it!!!
