Only 15 metres from the front door to glorious walking paths that take you to the beach in one direction and Fingal Bay Sports Club in another direction.The open plan living area has timber laminate floors, split system air conditioning, comfortable furnishing, Wifi, and a smart TV to stream all of your favourite apps. The property provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer.
Upstairs has the three bedrooms with the main having an ensuite with shower, toilet, vanity and blow dryer, TV and the comforts of a split system air conditioner and ceiling fan. Bedrooms two and three having ceiling fans whilst bedroom three also provides another split system air conditioner, making this a very comfortable holiday home. The main bathroom is also located upstairs, it has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
Outside has an enclosed courtyard with an undercover entertaining area with dining facilities, gas BBQ and outdoor shower- very convenient when coming back from the beach.
The property provides a double lock up garage with clothes dryer and internal laundry with washing machine.
Stroll down the road to the Market Street shopping area where you can enjoy beautiful coffee, meals, and beer on tap at The Cellar Cafe. Market Street also has Friendly Grocer, Bottle shop, Take Away Cafe and Petrol Station.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
