Utsikt över havet / stranden från de flesta rum och bakre däck. Du kommer att älska den vackra inredningen och nya möbler i det här nya hemmet - med gott om underhållande utrymme såväl som på gården. Sov bekvämt med kvalitetsmadrasser, kuddar och sängkläder tillgängliga.

En mycket kort promenad till Long Sands Beach .... cirka 500 fot! När du går till stranden kommer du att ligga nära centrum av Long Sands-stranden, strax söder om Sun & Surf Restaurant. Perfekt för familjer på grund av mängden strandutrymme, även vid högvatten och den bästa crabbing och tidvatten poolen i stan vid lågvatten! Perfekt plats för promenader eller springer längs stranden också. Och en snabb promenad till några av de lokala restaurangerna eller ta vagnen till Nubble-fyren eller Short Sands Beach från slutet av gatan. Floats finns att hyra och Long Sands Surfing-området ligger bara 10 minuters promenad bort. Livvakter på vakt hela sommaren.

Njut av frukost, lunch eller middag på 30'x12 'bakre däck medan du njuter av ljudet och utsikten över havet. Grannskapet är främst ägare ockuperat. Extremt säker stadsdel. Återvändsgränd med 10 hus.

As advertised

Enjoyed the stay. Great location. Clean and spacious home. Ed was great communicator and had some nice local recommendations. Only knock would be on the cleaning requested prior to departure, which included not just stripping beds/towels but running thru washer and dryer. Seemed excessive, especially considering we were already paying a cleaning fee. Overall, very positive experience and would stay again.

Wonderful Labor Day weekend

Wonderful getaway

Very roomy, clean, well-stocked for our family of 10. Short walk to beach and very comfortable deck. We would have been more comfortable if the bedrooms had bureaus or luggage racks. Overall we would recommend this property.

June rental

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was in a great location, within easy walking distance to the water and coastline. The house was clean, impeccably organized, and maintained. However, given the high price of the rental, we were frustrated that we had to make beds, clean sheets and towels and have everything folded and back in a closet before an 11:00 check put time. In addition, there are no dressers, luggage stands or any place (other than the flood) to put the luggage. A folding luggage stand in each room would be a welcome and easy fix.

Great place for a stay while in town for a family wedding

Property is immaculate and plenty of space. Our family (2 adults / 3 college aged children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was perfect for the family wedding as most of our family was staying close by. Great location, stress free get away! Would rent again for sure

Maine getaway for 6 adult family members

Quiet side street-enjoyed the deck, the grill and the fire pit. House was large and modern with lots of room. Owner was gracious and quick to respond. Wed rent again.

Terrific house!

We loved our time in York. Ed was such a great host and made the process very painless. The house was just as advertised, and Long Sands exceeded our expectations. It is difficult to find a vacation that pleases both the forty something parents, the teens, the preteens and the littles, but this house did it. We had a great week and are so thankful for the memories.

Family Wedding

We were in town for a family wedding and there were 6 of us staying in the house, all adults and older teens. The house was clean and a good size for our group. 4 of the beds are bunk beds though, so might work best for a family with some younger kids. Having multiple bathrooms was great for getting ready, the kitchen is really big and roomy and it was stocked with everything you would need to cook. Communication with the hosts was great during the entire process. Also close to the beach if you go in the warmer months and not far from the Nubble Lighthouse. I would definitely recommend!

Best vacations ever

We had a great time in York. The beaches are great and the house is walking distance to Long Sands. The house had everything we needed and it was very comfortable and very clean. The host has great attention to detail and was very easy to contact and was very pleasant too. Would definitely recommend.

Great getaway spot!

We recently returned from a week at this property. We had 2 families- 9 guests, 4 adults, and 5 kids (ages between 4-9). We had a fabulous week! The house was clean and lovely. It was plenty big for all of us. The location could not be beat- we walked to Long Sands beach almost every day which made it easy with all of the kids. The owner, Ed, was communicative and friendly especially with the increased questions due to the pandemic regulations. One helpful piece of information would be that there is only one AC window unit on each floor. We were there for 3 extremely hot days. The downstairs unit cooled the first floor pretty well. The upstairs was in one bedroom which made it harder to circulate the air through the other bedrooms. An additional window unit would have made it more comfortable for the others, especially the kids in the double bunk bed room, to sleep. Despite that, we would absolutely rent this house again! It was a great property and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Ed!
