We invite you to relax with your family or friends at our peaceful and private hideaway.

Located in Killcare Heights, Bouddi Ocean View Hideaway backs on to Bouddi National Park, with stunning views to Putty Beach and the Pacific Ocean.

A nature lovers paradise, located within a few minutes drive to beautiful beaches, bush walks, mountain biking, fishing and cafes. A 5 minute walk to Bells @ Killcare.

The living, kitchen and dining areas, as well as the balcony and master bedroom have views over Bouddi National Park, Putty Beach and the ocean.

The house is cosy on one level with open plan living/dining/kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds, and 1 small bedroom with a queen bed.

We are happy to supply the essentials so you can have a no-fuss, relaxing and easy holiday. This includes:
- Air conditioning to each room
- wifi
- 75 inch TV
- Well-stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, 2 ovens, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
- Pantry staples (salt, pepper, oil, dried herbs, coffee, tea etc)
- Fireplace
- Gas BBQ
- Washing machine and dryer
- Plenty of games for your recreational use (board games, card games, puzzles, a selection toys for the kids).

LINEN: is provided for your convenience (including bedding, and bath/beach/ tea towels)

We have recently completed some internal renovations including oak floorboards to all rooms (except wet rooms), internal painting throughout, all new furniture including new mattresses, new linen, and appliances (including 2 new Miele ovens and cooktop, and LG washing machine and dryer). The bathrooms have also been renovated - please note there is no bath.

Our carport and driveway will accommodate around 5 cars. Parking is easy in the area.
Other things to note
NO PARTIES: Please note this house is in a quiet suburban community and has the space for quiet family/friend getaways not group parties. If a party is your intention please do not book this house. Thank you.

DISCOUNTS: A 10 per cent discount is offered for stays of 1 week, with 25 per cent discount for stays of a month.

CHECK IN / OUT: Requests for an early check-in and late check-out are welcome and will be dependant on other bookings. Please let us know in advance if you would like to request.

SECURITY BOND: The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds any bond amount.

SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.

Idyllic Beachside Retreat

We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas stay at this beautiful and luxurious home, the perfect setting for quality family time. The property has the most incredible beach and ocean view which was ever changing. Our hosts, Steve and Mon, were exceptional with their communication and ensured every detail within the home was first class. A short drive to the beach was the perfect start to each day. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing beachside stay. We'd love to return in the near future!

Bliss

Spent a week over summer. The view is even better than the picture. Creature comforts very well catered for with high quality appliances and equipment. R/c aircon came in handy as the mozzies are ferocious! Comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked pantry. It felt like we were lent the home of a friend and we took care of it accordingly. So different from rentals where the owners are cutting corners and costs. Only drawback - you basically have to drive everywhere, but we didn’t mind being sloths for a week!

Boudi Hideway mini break

The property was luxurious on all fronts. To start with, the view was spectacular. The proximity to the beach was incredible. Everything we needed was on hand and all the communication with the owners was handled perfectly. The teens utilised the table tennis and basketball and the mini cavoodle felt right at home. I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing long weekend.. Perfection !

Luxury with a view!

What a gift this place was to stay. “Boutique Hotel” luxury feels with Coco Republic furnishings & homewares along with superior quality linens & towels. Scented candles placed around the house add an extra touch of warmth & coziness. A fully kitted out kitchen with Nespresso machine, air-fry cooker and everything else you could possibly want to make your stay feel like home. Photos of the view speak for themselves & we were lucky enough to see whales & dolphins at play during our stay. We lost time sitting on the oversized super comfy couches looking out the huge windows out to the ocean. The Hosts were lovely to deal with & super responsive. We were able to bring our two little schnauzer pooches too. The garden is full fenced so there was no chance they could escape. We have stayed in various luxury homes in the Killcare area, as mini getaways from Sydney CBD, and without a doubt we will be back to this home.

Amazing

I can't compliment this property enough. The view is amazing, obviously. Even on cloudy or rainy days we were captivated. But I think it's the hosts' generosity and attention to detail that made our stay the amazing experience it was. There were dozens of little touches, from the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen in holiday house to the incredible supply of family games and more chocolate eggs than we could eat (though we tried). It's rare that holiday meets all of your expectations, this property exceeded our expectations every day and was a wonderful getaway for three generations of our family.
