Several updates abound in this large, well-designed and conveniently located villa!

The kitchen has been fully-stocked to meet your family's cooking needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six. There is additional seating for three at the kitchen bar!

Beyond the dining area is the beach contemporary living room, which provides plenty of seating for your whole family. The living room boasts a large SMART TV, slider to your private deck area and a full bathroom just off to the side.

Completing the first floor is the Primary bedroom with its king and twin sized beds, en-suite Primary bathroom and private slider access to the deck. The Primary bathroom consists of a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Heading upstairs you are greeted with a landing with accompanying twin bonus bed. The guest bedroom contains two queen beds, HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is a tub and shower combination.

Outside on your private deck you'll enjoy sweeping views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course while enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining table. A propane grill is available for your use as well. The beach can be easily accessed by ten or so minute walk or a very quick bike ride!

Water Oak is located within the heart of Palmetto Dunes and provides relatively quick access to the Robert Trent Jones golf course, General Store, Outfitters Bike Shop and Alexanders restaurant.

March in Palmetto Dunes 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Avoidable issues in main bathroom required service on first day of occupancy from a plumber followed by 5 days of inconvenience. Toilet was reset and shattered glass shower door replaced by plastic curtain. Property management company was very responsive and helpful with the issues.Furniture was low quality-adequate but not comfortable. Bed in master was listed as king but was queen, upstairs listed as 2queen beds but were 2double beds. Kitchen was very well equipped but cabinetry out of date. Outdoor deck quite nice but view obstructed by large Palmetto bushes. BBQ required repairs- completed by management company.

2023 Winter Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 Water Oak on the 18th tee of the Jones course was fully equipped and perfectly located. The beach, pickle ball and shopping were all a quick bike ride away. We felt safe and happy the whole time we were there.

Uncomfortable experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and in a great location. The only complaint is that you could not control the thermostat. The temperature would rise to upper 70’s to low 80’s throughout the day and night . The lack of air conditioning made it hard to sleep. We called the rental agency about this problem and the problem was never solved.
