Denna charmiga villa ligger bara några steg från pool och golfbana med en kort 7 minuters promenad till stranden. Vi renoverade vår villa med nya kakelgolv på huvudplanen, ny matta på övervåningen, vackra high-end granit bänkskivor i köket och alla nya badrum med bänkskivor i granit
Vardagsrummet har en 59 "platt-SMART-TV med internetprogrammering och en DVD-spelare. Det öppna konceptet matsal har plats för sex plus två vid frukost bar. Det fullt utrustade köket har gott om skåp och diskutrymme för matlagning. Bara gå ut till en bekväm uteplats under levande ekar med plats för sex och en ny gasgrill.
Sovrummet på huvudplanen inkluderar en drottning säng plus dubbla våningssängar och en platt-TV med DVD-spelare. På övervåningen sovrummet har en king size-säng med en plattskärms-TV och DVD-spelare. En glidande glasdörr inbjuder till balkongen med fantastisk utsikt över det vackra poolområdet.
Båda sovrummen har eget badrum och badkar / dusch kombination har tunnelbana kakel.
Loftet på övervåningen har en bekväm sovhytt med en tvillingmadrass. Ytterligare sovplats finns i vardagsrummet med en queen size-bäddsoffa.
Vi har ordnat med Palmetto Bikes för att få rabatterade priser på veckovisa cykeluthyrning för våra gäster. Ringa dem bara på 843-686-5833 och be om rabatten med koden Ägare 10. De kommer att leverera cyklarna till vår villa och plocka upp dem.

We loved this villa for our vacation. It was perfect for our large family with 2.5 bathrooms. Loved the outside table, access to the pool and we grilled a few times. Having a washer and dryer was a must. The location was perfect and the beach access was a short walk and quick bike ride away. We visited the other side of the island and this area is just so much less crowded and quieter. We’d definitely stay here again. Anytime I reached out to the owners they were so responsive and we didn’t have any issues. It was clean and a well equipped kitchen.

Family Reunion

Nice location for our family to gather. We rented a total of 4 units in Water Oaks Villas. This unit being by the pool was ideal. There is a nice variety of activities on Hilton Head Island. We enjoyed long days at the beach, golf, day trips to Savannah and Beaufort and hanging out at the pool.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Even before our arrival, the owner was in communication with us. She answered even the most basic questions we had and was so friendly and importantly, RESPONSIVE. We cannot thank you enough for providing our family with a safe, clean villa. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The pool was right out the back door and that was exciting for our children. The description states it’s a short walk to the beach and that is TRUE!. We were at the beach within 7-10 minutes max (even with being distracted by the beauty of the area). The walk was easy and the beach access was perfect. We had 8 people in our party and had places for everyone to sleep. We definitely recommend this property and if/when back in the area would chose this villa. Thank you!

The house was nice and our kids loved the pool and the location was great. Judy Kelly was great, she responded quickly and that was greatly appreciated.The only complaint we had was the electrical! The light would flicker or shut off when we would cook and couldn’t have the lights on if we were doing laundry we did call maintenance and the guy said there wasn’t anything he could do about it.Other than that we love Hilton head and had a great time on our vacation.

Sub-tropical paradise!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and we were blown away by how beautiful the place is. If you love southern charm, live oaks, Spanish moss, and palmetto trees, this is the place! Palmetto Dunes, the resort that this villa is located in is a sub-tropical paradise. It was wonderful riding bikes or walking through the well maintained landscapes. This particular unit was just as described, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It was a short, pleasant walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

After searching through many, many VRBO listings looking for a family friendly place to stay in Hilton Head, we came across this villa. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Great location- easy walk to the beach with our toddler in tow (10-15 mins). Close to everything there is to see and do in Hilton Head. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds and living area were very comfortable and the decor was lovely. The pool was right outside our villa which was great and was never too loud. The area was very nice and quiet. We can’t wait to come and stay here again!

Water Oak is in a good location within PD. This particular villa was well furnished and well maintained. Property owner called me before visit and went over everything. It was great.

Quality Time with the Grands

We rented this particular unit because it was (1) within walking distance of the beach, (2) had a pool very close, (3) had a great configuration for allowing myself, 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters to be together. We were in the unit for five days and made some great memories. I highly recommend the unit as well for the graciousness of the hosts. They were so communicative and helpful about everything!

Family Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future! The pool was just steps away from the back patio, making it easy for our family (children included) to come in and out as they pleased. The beach was a short walk (10-15 minutes for us, though likely quicker without children). The kitchen was well-equipped to prepare most meals. Our family brought a crock pot for an easy/low maintenance way to fix larger meals when needed. The owners were very attentive, making sure that we were prepared for our stay, answering all of our questions, and keeping everything in working order within our unit (the coffee maker had quit working the week prior to our stay, and there was already a new coffee pot waiting on us when we arrived—set up and ready to brew). Overall, I would recommend this condo for any family beach vacation!
