My first experience with bed bugs.

When you’re done you can resubmit it by c Sonder The Quincy | Garden-Level Queen Room+ Star Star Star Star Star My reservation was originally for a long stay, but my agency informed me afterwards that the course would be all virtual, so well before the deadline for a full refund, I shortened my pre-paid reservation considerably. Sonder reacted by deciding that the room which had been listed at a discount rate increased by 200 percent and refused to reimburse hardly any of my long-term pre payment. When I realized my bed was infested with bed bugs, miscommunications with the offshore answering service prevented any serious resolution for several days, until I physically hunted down someone in the building. That person was sympathetic and moved me to a different room within the hour, but the headquarters officials refuse to charge a realistic rate and said nothing about the bedbugs. If you don’t mind rapacious prices and bedbugs, I recommend Sonder wholeheartedly.

Contactless hotel aspect should be better advertised

this place was ok but the contactless hotel is not for everyone. I had trouble getting in with the code and had to work with a bot or whoever to fix. Chair at desk was broken and I almost killed myself falling over backwards. For 9 days, no room service wasn't ideal. Second floor rooms are subject to noise from bar below. Liked the kitchenette a lot though and location is good.

TV and Iron didn’t work

Great place, but some items didn’t work. Received a different iron on day two and a make shift television after the time I would have used it. Staff was great, just unable to take care of me due to time. Expected a credit of some kind, but received nothing. :(.
