The Space:
The Barnacle is a light, airy, carefree, and spacious beach home! This upscale, modern home is located in the private gated neighborhood Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, FL. This spacious 3-story, 8-bedroom, 7-bathroom vacation home features a private pool that can be heated in the winter months. Guests also have access to the private beach access on Hollywood Street which makes beach trips easy! The community is located off of scenic highway 98, very close to the popular Whale’s Tale restaurant and beach access. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart we include over to the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, (home to 110 designer and name brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless restaurants, Grocery Stores, gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and much more!

1ST FLOOR:

KITCHEN: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and is fully stocked with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, blender, griddle, crockpot, and all the utensils and cookware for your cooking needs.


DINING ROOM: The open concept dining room has seating for 10 guests plus an additional 4 guests can sit comfortably at the kitchen island.


LIVING ROOM: The living room has a large flat-screen TV, two couches as well as two accent chairs for additional seating, making it the perfect relaxing spot.


BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: Located on the right hand side as you enter the home, next to the kitchen, this bedroom features a King sized bed, along with a dresser and mounted tv. This bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom can also be accessed through the hallway next to the kitchen.


BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2:Located on the left hand side as you enter the home is this cozy, private bedroom with a queen sized bed, and shares a bathroom that is spacious and boasts a double vanity and shower/tub combo..


LAUNDRY CLOSET: Located in the hallway just before the kitchen you will find a stackable washer and dryer.


BACKYARD: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.


2ND FLOOR:


BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Arriving at the top of the stairs, to your right is bedroom #3. This bedroom has a king sized bed, chest of drawers, mounted flat screen tv, and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.


BEDROOM + BATHROOM #4: At the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor, straight ahead is bedroom #4. This bedroom has a king sized bed, chest of drawers, mounted flat screen tv, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower.


BEDROOM + BATHROOM #5: Down the hall and to your right on the 2nd floor is bedroom #5. This bedroom has a king sized bed, chest of drawers, mounted flat screen tv, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower.


BEDROOM + BATHROOM #6: At the end of the hallway on the 2nd floor is bedroom #6. This bedroom has a king sized bed, chest of drawers, mounted flat screen tv, with a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.


3RD FLOOR:
BEDROOM + BATHROOM #7: Located on the third floor at the top of the stairs is bedroom #7. This spacious bedroom has a king sized bed, chest of drawers and a large mounted flat screen tv. It shares a bathroom that includes double vanity and shower/tub combo with bedroom #8. Also in this space is a mini fridge along with a Keurig to start your morning with a cup of coffee!
BEDROOM #8: This final bedroom is located on the third floor and features two full over full custom built-in bunk beds, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. This room comes complete with video games and mounted flat screen tv. Bedroom #8 shares the only third floor bathroom with bedroom #7.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the private gated neighborhood Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, FL. The Barnacle is just about two-three blocks from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Villas of Frangista also offers its own Private Deeded Beach Access.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via the complimentary golf cart! Some folks also enjoy walking to the private deeded beach access at the end of Hollywood St.

Other Things to Note:
Private beach access only provides access to the beach. There is no: parking, restrooms, showers, easy access ramps, restaurants, or playgrounds at the private beach access.
There are two large public beach access points with all the amenities you'll need for a day at the beach within one mile of the home, located at Pompano Joe's and Whale's Tale.
