The property is situated over three split levels and is conveniently located within Salamander Bay making this the perfect place for those wanting to enjoy the bay lifestyle in the peace and quiet.
On the mid-level, The Port Hole features a spacious open plan design with two separate living areas both with Smart TV's and ceiling fans (fireplace not in use), beautiful dining area with a split system air conditioner and free unlimited Wi-Fi. Flowing off both living area's is the stunning undercover timber deck with outdoor dining and lounge furniture, gas BBQ and inground pool.
Also on the mid-level is the fully equipped, modern kitchen with complete cooking facilities including induction cooktop, oven, microwave and family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and main bathroom with a free-standing bath with shower overhead, stone top vanity, toilet and front loader washing machine.
The main bedroom is located on the ground floor it has a ceiling fan, walk-in robe, ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity and large wall mounted Smart TV. Three more bedrooms are all located on the top level, they all have built in robes, ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning.
Fantastic outdoor entertaining, room for the children to play, bonus of having your own private in ground pool plus enough room for a large boat to be parked in the driveway undercover, singe carport and a double garage - what else would you want for your next family getaway

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
