Great location

Enjoyed our stay! House is well stocked and clean. Location is at the top of Main Street and is a great location for those that want easy access to Main Street. Owner is nice and provides everything you need. Would stay book again.

Wonderful stay in Park City!

Perfect location right on Main St, could walk to everything. Property manager was super responsive with any questions I had during our stay. Beds were very comfortable, home was well equipped and it was a wonderful home away from home while we enjoyed our vacation!

Great property in perfect location

Check-in was well managed and the house was clean and ready for us to use. Driveway was clean of snow and easy to park in. Hot tub was ready and very relaxing after a day of skiing. Unit is 1.5 miles from Deer Valley parking lot and you can walk to Park City lifts.Perfect location for access to downtown Park City. We had tickets to the Egyptian theater and it was a 2 minute walk to the venue.Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, glasses and plates. Nice home like feel to the house.Will plan to rent next time I am in Park City.

Great home

We had a great stay at this perfectly situated home. Easily walkable to all the Main St. restaurants, shops, etc. The trolley will stop right outside the house too. The house itself has everything you could need. Rooms were all comfortable. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. I loved the little touches that were obviously well thought out - fans in the bedrooms and throw blankets downstairs for being cozy on the couch or reading chairs. Having both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig is nice too. Rob was great and very helpful and communicative. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Our stay in Park City was fantastic. Staying in a well-situated and well-appointed comfortable home made all the difference. We were 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the town lift that took us to the Park City Mountain. You wouldn't have needed a car. The house had everything we needed, excellent instructions and the owner is responsive and responsible. We would stay again!

Family Ski Trip

We had a fabulous stay at "Top of Main". The space was perfect for our group of five. Rob was an attentive and courteous host. The house was everything we could have hoped for. Kitchen was well appointed, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the garage was a welcome feature, as it snowed 31 inches during our stay. Location is amazing, short walk to all the attractions on Main St. We took the short walk to the town chair lift each morning, though we could easily have jumped on the free trolley that stops right in front of the house. Overall a wonderful stay. We will be back on our next trip to Park City.

Wonderful place to stay

This property was amazing. The host was wonderful and answered any questions very quickly. The house was just as listed very clean and up todate had everything you could need. They location was perfect short walk to anything you wanted to do or you can take a free bus that past in front the house. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING PARK CITY STAY

This lovely home was perfect for our group of four (two couples) with a bedroom to spare. It had all the amenities needed and LOTS of pluses, like a “push button” gas fireplace, which we immediately took advantage of! Also LOVED that all the best places to eat in Historic Park City were literally a few minutes’ walk. We visited as the aspens were at peak and loved driving Guardsman Pass (five minutes away?) and the gorgeous Big Cottonwood Canyon Road in the Brighton area. Rob and Denise were awesome hosts and their communication was perfection. But you won’t need to contact them because they provide a super book of house info with all the needed details. We will stay longer next time!

Great off-season getaway

I booked this house for a girls trip. There was a total of three of us. This house was even better than we expected. The location is the best you could ask for, at the top of Main Street. The house had every amenity we could need. We didn’t rent a car and it was easy to get around town. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Above and Beyond

As soon as we opened the door, we knew it was going to be a great property. Every detail was thought out. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Transportation to skiing was easy as the trolley stops right in front of house. The walk into town a fun way to spend the night. Rob and Denise have done a great job detailing the house with information to utilize every great feature within the house. We sat around the kitchen table at night to talk about the ski adventures from the day and felt like you were home. More than enough room for 5 adults, three of which are over 6ft tall. Everyone was able to have their own space as the house is planned out to accommodate that. This property really gave way to a wonderful vacation in Park City. Great neighborhood too. If you are looking for a place that has everything, this is the place. Should we get the opportunity to visit again, we will be coming back to this house for sure. Highly recommended. Thank you Rob and Denise for really putting your heart into the property as it really shows.

Great location, responsive host, nice home

My partner, two of our children and myself stayed at this house for a short ski trip and it fit our needs perfectly. It is a very nice home, well stocked, in a great location with a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent House - Perfect Location

Five friends stayed in this Downtown Park City home for four nights and had an incredible time. The house is literally on main street, an easy walk to all of the amazing shops, bars, and restaurants down town. It is also only a 7 minute walk to the town Park City ski lift! Rob was an incredible host, was very responsive when asking questions about the speaker systems and cleaning up. We will most definitely be coming back here!

Great house!

Great house on Main Street

This is a great house at the top of Main Street in the Old Town of Park City. It is perfect for 6 people. It is a small house in keeping with Main Street style but we did not need any more space. Everything is clearly marked - Sonos, TVs, Hot Tub, light switches. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with glasses, plates, pans, Keurig, kettle, Mr. Coffee... The hot tub is 2 steps from the back door but fully outside so you can be in the hot tub while it snows. Everything was super clean. The master shower is very big. Great to have a powder room on the first floor and a laundry room. Living on Main Street is a treat since you can walk to the shops, restaurants and the Old Town lift. It is about an 8 minute walk to the lift which can be tough in ski boots but you can valet your skis at the bottom so you don't need to carry them. We were there with our kids and it is great that they can come and go from skiing to the restaurants. We did not even rent a car. We took a great taxi service (Salt Lake Valley Transportation). Excellent communication with Evolve.
