This Newly opened Shed Stay is a true country retreat located on over 100acrs in the Preston Valley.
Consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom this beautifully designed and furnished fully self-contained Farm stay getaway promises peacefulness with every modern convenience.
Located only 2 hours from Perth, 30mins from Bunbury and 10mins from Donnybrook our Farm which is set high on the hill overlooking the valley below has an array of activities to choose from to suit all ages.
Feed and pat the farm animals, hiking and bird watching while taking in the breathtaking views, too swimming and canoeing in the large spring feed water holes.

Perfect for families wanting to absorb in the relaxed atmosphere in a secret location, while being very central to all the must-see tourist spots the Great South West has to offer.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others. The hosts were very friendly and explained everything well on arrival. The accomodation was clean and well equipped and the kids enjoyed feeding the animals every morning. Thanks very much!

Peaceful haven

This property is exceptional.Our host Luke warmly welcomed us explaining the property and the adorable animals ( so love those huge pigs) . The Luxury shed is very well appointed with quality and lovely little homely touches. From the minute you arrive you feed in deep country and immediately relax and you don’t want to leaveA little Gem in Paradise .Thank you Luke and Kes we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back

Beautiful location and property. Everything about our stay was perfect

Located on a farm the shed has been done to a really high quality. Each day we watched sunrise from our bed and the sunset from the hill behind the property. The owners are so welcoming and we helped feed their animals. Perfect stay for young and older. One tip: bring provisions as it’s a drive to shops.

A very peaceful stay

We had a very enjoyable stay in the "shed", enjoying also having afternoon tea on the verandah, using the well-equipped kitchen and other comforts. The area has a lot to offer. On Luke and Kes's hobby farm is a big dam to swim in and in the nearby Ferguson Valley there are also are plenty of good swims in the Collue River.

Awesome farm stay

Chalet was perfect & clean, views were amazing, Luke was very helpful and accommodating. The swimming dam was so peaceful. So many great things about this farm & we can’t wait to book again

Refreshing stay with family

It was a pleasure staying the property managed by Luke and Kaz. The property was very nice and clean. It had everything you needed while still giving that country cottage feel. Our kids loved the animals on the farm, especially Bert the emu and the baby Joeys. That was the highlight of our stay and hope to come back next time.

Lovely, functional, and lots for kids to do

We were very comfortable here. The chalet is very functional. My five year old son had a great time seeing the animals and playing at the dam. Luke patiently answered all our questions about the animals and the farm. Close to attractions, wineries and breweries. Kitchen was well stocked and even the knives were sharp!

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect accomodation for a couple or family. The accomodation is modern, warm and cozy and has everything you need. Luke and Kez are really accomodating too, getting the kids involved in animal feeding and giving tips about local places to visit. Can’t rate this place highly enough

Wonderfully peaceful

One of the best places we have stayed on this trip - clean, comfortable and well equipped set in attractive grounds. People of our age would appreciate a hand rail on the entrance steps.

Amazing Farmstay

This was a perfect holiday for our family. The kids loved running around the property and feeding the animals with Luke, who was a fantastic host. Accomodation had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. This is a destination I would highly recommend and I'm sure my family will be back for another stay sometime in the future.

Perfect spot for our young family

We had a lovely time here with our twin toddlers, who loved feeding the animals every afternoon. Nice relaxing setting, not too far from family friendly activities. Lovely host, well equipped accommodation. Would definitely recommend and/or will return ourselves!

Beautiful Location with Everything

This property was everything we wanted. A beautiful location in the country, well appointed, modern accommodation, stunning views and lots or little to do. The kids loved the animals and we had a great time exploring the farm together as a family.

Great week

We stayed a week and had a fabulous time. Accommodation had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed feeding the animals, taking the kayaks out for a paddle and going for walks. Luke was a great host and shared information about the area and property…..we look forward to booking again in the future

Everything my heart required, and more...

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The property is kept beautiful and the animals were lovely to watch and help feed. The shed stay was amazing. A luxury cabin is a more appropriate description, so much time has been put into the decor, and it has paid off. We had a great time on the dam and felt very relaxed. A wonderful stay. We will be back and telling our friends!

Ultimate Farmstay. This property has everything , and location is fantastic. Feed the animals everyday at 5pm, (with recent edition of baby emus) its great for the kids . Luke and Kes are wonderful hosts , thanks guys!

Serenity at its best

What a beautiful property, with plenty to do for the family from feeding the animals, to kayaking/swimming in the dam, there kids were happy to explore the surrounding bushlands. Luke and his family were very welcoming. The house had everything we needed even beach towels for a swim in the dam. The perfect getaway for the family.

Country escape

We stayed at Luke and Kes’s little hobby farm and it was a slice of heaven. Luke is amazing with knowledge of the local area and has a great sense of humour. He is very helpful too. Feeding the animals and learning about them was incredible. The accommodation was so clean and well appointed. The mattresses were quite hard so if you have a back issue maybe consider a mattress topper. We felt like we had been there for ages after only a short stay. Definitely a piece of paradise.

Luke’s Farm Stay

Just spent 2 glorious nights at Luke’s. Such a lovely environment and enjoyed it very much. The accommodation was spot on, every little detail was thought of and was very clean. Recommend it anyone that is looking for a getaway in the the lush area. Luke was very informative and responsive.
