The Space:
Step inside and experience the thoughtfully designed spaces. The contemporary kitchen is expansive and features a walk-in pantry, double-door refrigerator, electric cooking appliances, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The open-plan layout creates a roomy atmosphere with multiple seating areas and a generous dining space. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed, and the third provides a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids, with two sets of single bunk beds. A second bathroom with a bathtub adds to the comfort. The ground floor, accessible from the outside, includes a fully equipped laundry room and a third toilet. Entertainment is covered with a fold-up table tennis setup in the garage, accessible from the house. The house is equipped with ducted heating and cooling to ensure year round comfort.
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. Make use of the kitchen, and enjoy the garden, BBQ grill, and balcony. Parking is available in the double garage. Note that the storage cupboard outside the 4th bedroom is locked and not accessible to guests. Coila Beach, where pets are allowed, is just a 600-metre stroll down the street, with the village shops along the way. Check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM.

Located in the heart of Tuross Head, Allenby Road offers a unique blend of natural beauty and convenience. The street is characterized by its impressive Norfolk Pines, framing views of the Tuross Head Golf Course on one side. A pleasant stroll down towards the ocean leads to Tuross Boulevard, with a paved pathway perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides, connecting you to Coila Beach and One Tree Beach, as well as a variety of local shops. Club is also within walking distance, providing dining, golfing, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
The Aspect has a double garage with an automatic door available for guest use. There is driveway space for 2 vehicles. Park the car and enjoy a stroll or bike ride around the village.

• 51% of total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation. This, along with the completion of your guest registration confirms your booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.
• Where the date of arrival is within 30 days the total booking amount is payable upon booking confirmation.
• Where payment is declined on 3 occasions the booking will be cancelled.
𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.
𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at The Aspect Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗼𝗻𝘀; If booked via a third-party booking website the cancellation policy of the third party website will apply without exception. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy that applies to your booking. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via credit card, the guest will receive their set refund minus payment processing fees. The booking fee of $125.00 is non-refundable.
