La Casa que Ve al Mar "Paradise". Sun filled, luxury two floor, two bedroom penthouse suite. Lovingly decorated and equipped with all required amenities. Private dipping pool, deck off living, dining and each bedroom facing the ocean. Open concept main floor with living, dining, kitchen, bar area , pantry/utility room with on site laundry.
Upstairs two private king size rooms with soaring cathedral ceilings complete with fans and optional air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite with unique outdoor shower. Wake to the panoramic views of Zihuatanejo Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains. The upper level also boasts an office/media room with couch for relaxing. As the sun rises activity on La Ropa Beach (a 5 minute walk) below begins. Enjoy one of the many beachfront restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner a five minute walk away. Enjoy a swim in the delightfully warm, clear ocean while taking in sailing and parasailers in the bay.
Visit the complexes two infinity pools chatting with fellow residents and enjoy the majestic ocean views. Evening brings the magical glow of the lights nestled in the hillside of the town, reflecting over the bay. Enjoy dinner by candlelight at any of the many restaurants overlooking the bay or dine in barbequing and enjoying the captivating views from the dining room with the full size glass walls open to the air and the sounds of the waves.

Exceptional

An absolutely stunning place to stay. Communication with Janet was easy and very helpful. Large living space, ocean views from every room, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything one could need. We all agreed that we had never stayed at anything close to the level of this condo. The pools and grounds are immaculate. Lots of lounges, chairs and umbrellas around the pools. All in all -- highly recommended.

Exceeded expectations!!

From the moment you open the door you know you’ve entered paradise! But before that, Janet was incredibly responsive to my booking, questions and requests. We were spending the week in Zihua to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I asked Janet if she could recommend a nice restaurant for our anniversary dinner, not only did she have a recommendation, she made the reservations for us. She could not have recommended anything better when she arranged Tentaciones. Absolutely fantastic. Janet also arranged to have flowers and wine in the condo when we arrived, beautiful flower arrangement and tasty wine. The views from both floors of this gorgeous and comfortable condo are worth a million. It’s amazingly spacious and both bedrooms offer plenty of privacy for multiple couples. The furniture and beds are comfortable, you’ll want to sit on the couch or lay in bed to take in amazing view of the bay and Pacific Ocean. Everything you need is at your disposal. Dulce, the property manager is available to answer any questions and was super helpful. She knew when we arrived and greeted us just after getting out of the taxi. The infinity pools on the property are very nice and OH, the view from the pool’s equally as nice. The soaking pool on the balcony is nice to have. This is a 5 star property from the booking process to the moment we got into the cab to head home. Highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you Janet, Dulce and (Guillermo security guard- for getting us taxi’s). We would love to come back.

warm evenings, too full to walk back, take a short inexpensive taxi ride back.
