Erbjuder tvÄ stora sovrum, tvÄ badrum, med ett öppet rymligt vardagsrum och kök. Uteplats med eldgrop, bord, stolar, badtunna, grill, som ocksÄ erbjuder cyklar och strandstolar. GÄ nÀra stranden, restauranger, cocktails, glass och mÄnga andra butiker. Plus, gÄ ett halvt kvarter in i grannskapet till fantastiska Kolb-parken med tennis, shuffleboard, skateboardpark, lekplats, basket, eller njut av att se ett basebollspel. Only thing we can say is “Perfect”. Great location, fantastic house that is beautifully decorated. Everything we needed to get our toes in the sand. Walking distance to bars, ice cream, coffee, and multiple restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen, tons of pillows on the beds, and tons of beach equipment in the shed. Communication was everything. We needed for nothing. House was even better than the listing.

This was the first time that we stayed in a VRBO and it was fantastic. The house was very close to the beach and all of the areas that we frequent in Indian Rocks beach. Check in was very easy, hot tub was clean and kept at a nice temperature. The house had everything necessary for a beachy stay.

Great house and owner, she was available if needed. The house was newly renovated and has upgraded appliances which were great to use. The kids loved having bikes to use around the block and going to the park. It was walking distance to the local cafe, ice cream shop, and surf souvenir shops which the kids loved. Would highly recommend staying at the Beachy Keen Cottage!! Bonus, we got to see some sea turtle nests on Indian Rocks Beach! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Summer 2025 beach getaway

This house is so adorable with its beach decor and decorations. It’s located just a block away from Indian Rocks beach and has a beach bar restaurant and other stores in walking distance. I highly recommend this perfect beach getaway!

Lovely

We loved our stay at the “A” Beachy Keen Cottage. It is the cutest house and literally the fifth house from the beach. There are a few shops and places to eat within walking distance. Hurricane Eddies which is super close had a great vibe and the appetizers/food was good. The beach is beautiful and not over crowded. Paula was very quick to answer all my questions. The only downfall was the people smoking pit behind us and it made the master bathroom smell like pot. Thanks you for sharing your beautiful cottage!!!!

Beach Vacation

5-Star Retreat

Photos didn't do this justice to this beautiful, and extremely well-appointed home! Beautiful, high-end and pristine furnishings throughout. Every amenity available inside and out to enjoy our stay, and wonderful communication with Paula, our host. Beach access was very convenient and allowed for wonderful sunset walks! Just wish we could have extended our visit to take advantage of all that is offered. Looking forward to our return stay!

Sparkling Clean Cottage Close to Beach

Great location! One block from beach. Host provided all the beach necessities including chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, & boogie boards. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops & ice cream. And then you can relax at night in the hot tub. We loved our stay!

Cute cottage at a great location. The extra amenities were great too for a beach day. Hurricane Helene shortened our stay quite a bit but communication with the host remained great

Best Location in IRB

You can't beat this location for an Indian Rocks Beach rental! Walk across the street and you are at the (never too crowded) beautiful beach. They provide a wagon that you can load up with chairs, floats, umbrellas, towels, toys and coolers, all provided! Walking distance from great restaurants, bars, ice cream, and rental shops. We borrowed their 2 bikes for a cruise through the neighborhood to find the town park including free: Playgrounds, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts, Basketball court, fields, skate park, library abd art center. The rental even has tennis rackets, just bring your own can of balls. Did I mention this is one of very few rentals with a private outdoor heated jacuzzi? Bonus! This was our second stay at Beachy Keen. We stayed in B last year and A this year. Both are very nice.

Bismarck ND to Indian Rocks......

Wow, wow, WOW!!!!! Everything about this property is magical! Super clean and comfortable. Beach theme styled and all of the little extras left by former renters...perfection! The owner is sweet and kind. Next time we will stay a week. LITERALLY A 3 MINUTE WALK from the front door to the gorgeous sandy beaches!!! Plus wagons and chairs to use!! I wish i could give this home 10 stars!!

This little slice of paradise is right across the street from world famous Indian Rocks Beach. Not only awesome beach property, but wonderful for sports enthusiasts. PickleBall, Tennis, Skateboard Park, Basketball, Fishing, Kayaking, Surfing, Boating...all within a couple blocks.

These fully updated cottages are loaded with nice “Extras”. Well stocked kitchens including spices and paper goods. Sleep Number King Bed in Master Bedroom. 2 Parking Spaces per Cottage. Washer/Dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Patio Furniture, Grill, and 11ft Umbrella on your patio. Enjoy the Hot Tub/Micro Pool...my own term for when its hot out and you turn down the temp in the hot tub to make it more comfortable, like a pool. Wonderful beach amenities, Including wagons with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and games like Corn hole. Your own private little home by the beach. We hope you’ll join us!
