Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with Queen beds with a bathroom plus the laundry. Upstairs has the main bedroom with an ensuite and the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each of them. Large spacious lounge with a smart TV, dining area and large modern kitchen with all the mod cons including a coffee pod machine.
The large balcony has a outdoor dining setting and then another seating area. Downstairs is another outdoor dining setting and the BBQ. Beautiful wooden floors throughout with beach themed decor throughout. The backyard is large and fully securely fenced with an amazing playground for the kids . You have access to the large secure garage. Plenty of parking so bring the boat.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
Madora Bay is a quiet, sleepy beachside suburb just north of Mandurah. It offers a local deli and pub with 2 local shopping centres on the main road - Madora Bay and Lakelands with all the outlets you will need for shopping with Mandurah only a 12 minute drive away with all that offers
No matter what you are after you are centrally located to enjoy fishing, cycling, restaurants, cafes, wineries or you dont need to leave the property as you have it all here.
DOGS & PETS
Most property owners will not allow guests to bring pets to their homes. There are some exceptions (the property will be listed as pet friendly) but under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring pets without first seeking permission and then obtaining prior written approval from the booking agent. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 is payable upon approval per animal. No pets to be on beds or furniture inside the property.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 11pm
