Nelson City Sanctuary is situated in the heart of Nelson City - perfect spot from which to explore the city. An easy 10 mins walk to the Nelson Cathedral, restaurants, craft beer pubs, galleries, parks, shopping, markets, walking trails, World-class mountain-biking & more!

Spacious with a retro vibe throughout, it's the perfect place to cook up a storm, enjoy a Summer BBQ or catch-up on your favourite streamed series (unlimited high-speed internet here), perhaps after a day of fishing (boat parking also possible here)!

This holiday home is fully fenced and offers large back yard, comfortable outdoor deck-area & leafy surrounds with views to the Grampians & City Hills.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- No party or venue use. No Smoking. By special written permission, pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet (a $50 extra cleaning fee will apply).

- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

**Cancellation Policy**:

Great house!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed and lots of nice extra touches. Great for the dog with the park and the Grampions tracks just across the road. Would stay again. Our only feedback is that it would have been great to have an outdoor umbrella for those hot Nelson days!

We enjoyed this house, we particularly enjoyed the gorgeous parks and walks close to the house. But also loved the retro styling and the lovely house plants. Thank you for hosting us.

Central Location - very comfortable

We had a great stay with two kids and a dog. Loved the central location. Park just over the road for walking the dog, easy stroll into town. Quiet neighbourhood. We’ll appointed house - a home away from home.
