The Third Bedroom has a king bed, new AC unit and a private balcony that looks onto Lewis Bay and Kennedy Park Beach. The fourth bedroom also views of Lewis Bay and has two twin beds, new AC unit and a new Smart TV! The washer & dryer is conveniently located on the second floor as well as another full bathroom with a tub & shower.

Enjoy family style meals prepared in the extra wide open newly renovated kitchen and dining room that seats 12. The living room is also extra wide and has a giant new smart ~ flat screen TV plus plenty of seating for everyone. You will enjoy your BBQ from a Weber Natural Gas Grill on the lower balcony with seating for 8. Spend time sunbathing and then await the sunset and moonrise on your private rooftop balcony with seating for 8 people and plenty of tables perfect for your beverages. The homeowners have generously provided board games, puzzles and playing cards for your enjoyment. This is truly a wonderful place for your vacation!

Pool Hours are seasonal. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. July and August open daily. Closed after Labor Day.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
