You will place the mattress in the living room.

♢Second Top-Line Queen Air Bed - For guests who have a group of 7 individuals or more, a second Queen Aerobed will be provided if requested. You must notify me of your need for an Air Bed in advance. This Air Bed will also be placed in the living room.

**For groups greater than 6 individuals, please make sure that you carefully read the above details and are ok with the sleeping arrangements. While the unit is 1100 sq. ft. and is quite large, groups larger than 10 individuals might feel a bit cramped if they're planning on utilizing both Air Beds. It's definitely doable and there is enough space for it, but please understand and acknowledge the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

***This unit is a Heritage Building located in the HEART of Downtown Vancouver's Entertainment District. Hence, you are literally within steps to clubs, bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping, etc. While most would consider this convenient and a positive aspect of the listing, others might consider this a negative aspect if they're looking for a quiet get away. Rest assured however that if the windows to the unit are closed, it is extremely quiet in the unit itself and you will have no issues sleeping.

****NOTE this is a a heritage building and during the summer months when you walk into the building and the unit, you will potentially notice humidity and higher temperatures. Therefore, we have provided an AC for the unit, which we recommend you turn on upon your arrival
